I get about 2 lawsuits a month and I throw the shit in the garbage after I call their attorneys.They see I am not one to fuck with unless you're REALLY pissed and have 10,000.00 to burn. I can respond myself to most preliminary paperwork while the other party spend 2-3000.00 on retainer. Carry them a few rounds then get a hearing. I just keep making them spend until I feel they are up to about 5G's then I bring in my person. This then drags shit out another 4 months which the opposing council doesn't mind at all...MOMONEY!!!! They always end up losing or setteling because that initial anger goes away then its a test of wills. Even if I ever lost I would appeal it, holding up whatever satisfaction that person would have from the victory and holding up the fees .
In addition there is always the possibility of a counter suit for the name calling from the other side.
Unless you have really fucked up don't ever let someone scare you with a lawsuit......please
