This sets a new precident that you can sue any one who posts anything fake about you. This could mean the end of internet "clowning" and "ownage" on BGOL as we know it.

And thread starters can delete the threads they make why would a mod delete it when there was no personal information in it. Which would be the only reason to delete a thread or post. And even then only the post would be edited and the information would be taken out not the whole post.
First Amendment Rights don't apply to slander. If people could say anything they wanted people wouldn't get sued for defamation obviously.
And I don't care about what you say. Like I said it's one thing to talk about my looks, dancing etc I don't care about that. But you don't spread rumors about someone being a prostitute and or doing drugs.

It's evolved into a serious source of a variety of information, insight....and some of the best looking ass on the net!
I'm glad someone has set a limit as to how far a person can "bash" or "slander" someone else. Besides, it can really "fuck up" a flow!
