Tariq is trying to prove some kind of superiority over whites while acknowledging at present, Whites dominate. The sources he uses to refute any claim Jared makes are from whites. The sources he uses to confirm any of his own- are also from whites. So when pressed to say how he chooses which ones he doesn't agree with , it ends up basically being anything that sounds good for whites.

When he let Jared blabber on about IQ , and putting off rewards, it's clear Jared is a really smart sounding dummy , but for some reason Tariq felt he could stay on the attack the whole time with half baked info. Tariq was correct, but so was Vortex. Tariq's ego is annoying though. At least Vortex was proposing solutions, even though ultimately they woudn't work. Vortex was not talking in circles. Tariq just wanted to "win". His insecurity is showing. I think it goes back to his lack of education.
