Thanks for this. I don't buy much rap at all, but I do buy Little Brother! I've been waiting for this, but best believe that I will purchase it when it comes out.

Step It Up is that song.....shit the whole album is on point
my only this is Breaking My Heart, seems like they (not dumb it down but) came on it to a lesser degree....lil wayne's verse sucked on it. the only track i'll skip on the album

Upon first listen, I have to say that it's probably better that the first record. I was surprised to see they ommitted "Life Of The Party" nevertheless; excellent effort by Pooh, Phonte and the array of producers (at least they kept all the tracks within a certain sonic cadence). I also liked the concept of having skits or little snippets of things at the end of the tracks. I can't wait to see what an EP or B-Side of this album will sound like. Hell...I can't wait to see what extra stuff the Maxi's will have. Khrysis, Nicolay and 9th were on point as ussual.
Favorite tracks - Good Clothes (I can relate to some of the rhymes in that song), After The Party (Mostly because of that "inner voice" thing going on) & That Ain't Love (Were all those lines really directed at 9th?).
Favorite Line: "...Take that coat off nigga.." (Seriously, I'll be singing that line for days!)
LB fans will be more than pleased by this record. All others, should hopefully dive in with an open mind and they should enjoy a very solid sophomore effort by these Carolina Agents.

"Life of the Party" is old as hell and was on the Hall of Justus crew album. Its still a dope song but I would have been disappointed to have seen it on here considering how old it is.

Here is my review...9th wonder would had made this album a classic...but,the album is really good and is worth buying in the store...if this is the real album...I give it a 7.5 out of 10...go buy this album,it's worth it!

Co-sign. Been a fan of theirs (and their live show to boot) since 4 years ago the end of this month. Caught them and 2 other acts opening on the westcoast leg of the Hieroglyphics/Souls of Mischief tour. That whole night was T H E S H I T.
