After watching the final seconds of the All Star Game, it easy to see. Lebron doesn't wont that last shot, he doesn't wont the responsiblity and people just don't wont to have to realize it.

what gets me about this, is everyone forgets his first 7-8 years in the league where he carried the cavs in EVERY late game scenario. this storyline will contine till the heat get a chip tho...bron in a now win situation till then

dunno maybe I was a different game but did you think it was by coincidence that Thibedeau had him inbound the ball for the last play??? hmmmm

If it wasn't for LBJ the east would have lost by larger number...He literally carried them back in the game.

Yall niggas man I tell ya :smh:

he had 3-4 chances to take the last shot and LITERALLY passed on all of them... this is after tying the record for most 3 pointers made in an all-star game... your standom is scary

Tell that to the scouting reports of other teams and maybe they'll be smart not to double team him late in the games..

he was hot made big shots why pass up another one?

that second chance he should have shot it instead of a bad pass

peace

Shit, he carried the East back into the game just like he did last year.
That's not the point.
He just doesn't want the last shot.
He knows it & also knows he made the fucked up pass.
Mello wants to be that last shot man but his shit hasnt been consistently dropping either.

KD/'SkinnyBones' IS Clutch, wants tht shot & is showing these kats the way!

peace

Magic Johnson said this about KG and I think it applies to LeBron:

LeBron has all these different moves and talent but he needs to develop ONE go-to move when points are needed. All the greats had one. (9 times out of 10 it was a fade-away jumper)

Look at the end of the game. He had so many options that he didn't know what to do instead of going to a sweet spot on the floor and hitting his money move.

ya'll ninjas know this was an exhibition game right? :smh::smh:

TNT went throught the song and dance of how LeBron and Kobe take ALL games seriously, and then after the game LeBron was bothered by the pass he through. LeBron cares about that shit. Don't get it twisted.

He may had had a rough series vs the Mavs... And I attribute it to the three big men and the zone vs the Heat team with no big man and a true point guard.. But other than that LeBrons closing out in the playoffs has been as good as anyone in the NBA including Kobe..
Show me videos of Durant, Rose or anyone else other and Kobe and perhaps Nowitzki doing anything to close out games, that rivals the videos I can post of James 4th quarter heroics in the playoffs past.
I think teams have adjusted their defense not allowing him to beat them but sense then the Heat have adjusted their approach and have set plays to counter teams trapping and doubling up hard on James... But unlike last year they also have the players to step up and fill in the rolls.... Similarly to the way Paxton, Kerr and Horrey helped out Jordan and Kobe.

Some of yall just started watching basketball I see :smh:

You are 1000% right... even in an exhibition game he ain't got the confidence to miss the last shot... I bet lisa leslie woulda took that shot...
:lol::lol:

Magic Johnson was not the greatest last shot taker either and he is one of the top 3 or 4 players to ever play the game
Because he knew how to get the ball to the last shot takers where they would make that last shot, thus winning the games
At the end of the day, no one will care if Lebron James was a great clutch shooter as long as there are a few titles under his teams belt
Doesn't matter who makes the winning shot....as long as the winning shot is made. That's the point guards responsibility. And he's usually at the point

Did this Nigga say "wont" 3 times instead of "want"....???

SMH @ my black people

LePunk James is a faggot. And that's the bottom line. I feel sorry for his mindless fans that have gone year after year after year waiting for him to show up when they need him the most. He is a punk ass BITCH. He is what he is. Maybe one day Wade will win a title for him, but his legacy will always have him as a punk ass BITCH.

Ever notice all the Kobe threads are started by the Kobe lovers, and all the LeBron threads are also started by the Kobe lovers?

I like Kobe because of what he does on the court..he is an assassin..I have seen him hit big shots through out the years he wants to take the shot no matter what even if he misses I like that about any player in any sport..I really wish the best for LeBron too, he has great talent..I always hear people say he is a pass first player, and that's cool I guess if that's your mentality..but if he is afraid of the moment, he'll have to get passed that, that's how you gain the ultimate respect by knocking down the big shot, he'll get a ship eventually.

Exhibition game...

yeah it's that until the last 3 mins or so. Then it gets competitive. With that many talented people on the court all of those players should want to prove they are the best and that they belong. When it comes to the elite players, we know they belong, they should want to prove they can close out/dominate the other elite players.

This new "everyone gets a trophy/soft" generation thinks it's good enough to just drop numbers and be okay with not getting the win. Fuck all that, no need to whoop ass all game and come up short when you don't have too. This dude had the ball in his hands and decided to pass up on the moment. You guys respect that? That's what you want in a franchise player? If he takes that shot (hit or miss), this thread wouldn't even exist. It wouldn't be a story. But guess what the top story of tomorrow is going to be...

This whole new generation accepts mediocrity across the board. You accept shit from hollywood (tyler perry/ transformer movies ETC) you accept bull shit music (Gucci Mayne, nikki minaj ECT) you accept shit from your sports stars (LBJ). The only way you try to justify this shit is by saying "they getting money" or "they out sold whoever" or "he scored more points than..." That's not good enough. What makes you great to to go above and beyond and not just live up to "standards". Fuck a standards.

I think in post game interview he probably realized he let pressure get to him for passing up shot instead of taking it against Kobe.........hindsight will drive you crazy.............dude probably not trying to sleep tonight at all....................Be like that sometimes.......

He had great game though.
