except there were already less than 3 seconds when udonis haslem had the ball.

so even assuming a good pass, there would've been even less time for mario chalmers to gather and get off the shot.

but more importantly, why would udonis haslem pass up a GREAT look at the rim when he is money from that spot?

I would be something they worked on, knowing they had the numbers.. The plan could have been to pass it (even a touch pass) if Chalmers man were to rotate over to him and commit by jumping (if not then Haslem could take the wide open shot). Knowing that it would have left Chalmers wide open it would have been a perfect play if it were drawn up that way.
