Las Vegas

I'm gonna be there a few days soon-- I might try that M Resorts Seafood Buffet.

As far as sub-$100 options and sub-$70 options ($70 is a lot for one fucking meal), I'm looking at the Southpoint Prime Rib & Shrimp Buffet.

What else is good?

Going to be in Vegas Mon - Friday. Any updated recommendations?

How was it? (You're the only one to comment on going this year and a lot online seems to be out of date)

What do you recommend? I'm gonna report back for others when I leave.

The Sunday brunch at the M resort is booked out for at least six months. The only time it’s open is from 10 to 2 on Sundays, which is the reason behind its popularity and the limited availability.

You absolutely must try Bazaar Meats. The experience is simply to die for.

If you’re able to get a rental car, this is a great spot for you to visit. This is absolutely the best barbecue in Vegas. The smoke pastrami is absolutely delicious. Wild fig is probably 15 miles from the strip approximately a 20 minute drive.

If you love Italian food, Los Olivos Ristorante Italian is the best in town. It’s about 3 miles from the Strip and open from 2:30 PM to 8 PM, Tuesday through Sunday. Now, I know it’s not a fancy restaurant, but trust me, it’s the best Italian I’ve ever had. In fact, it’s even better than Sinatra’s inside the Wynn hotel! Just a heads up, this place only seats about 15 people, so you’ll need to make reservations if you plan to go after 4:30 PM.

Very much appreciate the tips! I will have a rental car.

Wild Fig looks very good and I'm intrigued about Los Olivos Ristorante Italian.

Based on previous experience, Sammy's Pastrami and Burgers, which boasts of having the "Best Pastrami in Vegas," lived up to the claim. I recommend their pastrami sandwiches and their steak sandwiches.

Obviously I haven't tried Wild Fig so I can't say which is best but Sammy's is like $15 for a sandwich and just off the Strip on the MGM side.

The Best Lobster and Prime Rib Buffet in Vegas! M Resort's #1 Luxurious $99 Seafood Buffet

Anthony's Prime | M Resort Las Vegas. Only 2 1/2 hours every Sunday. Booked up until December of 2024

I forgot to update the board about this spot. I visited in January 2025 and must warn you to save your money. The food was utterly disappointing. The lobsters were bland, and the prime rib was under-seasoned. The beef Wellington was very—and I mean very—disappointing. The only saving grace of the buffet was the bacon and the fruit. However, some of the desserts had no labels, making it difficult to determine what they were. At best, this buffet was probably worth $20. It’s hard to believe that there’s a six-month waiting period to eat there.

"I was disappointed by Bacchanal at Caesars! For $91.99/person + tax & tip, I didn’t see even close to the value. Back when it was $64.99 I could justify the spurge, but on this recent visit I really only enjoyed the seafood and the desserts. I really wouldn’t go back for much else!"

Any more recent reviews from anyone? Like this year?

That shit has been hot garbage for about three years now… you should probably try the Wynn they’ve revamped their buffet last year

Famed Las Vegas adult club abruptly shuts down

Aside from presenting dozens of contracted dancers nightly, the club has prospered with such promotions as “Big Game” viewing parties, F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix-related events and “March Mania” NCAA Tournament celebrations. They adopted a post-game party following Raiders games last season.

The club didn't abruptly shut down; the Raiders had been eyeing that location before they broke ground on the stadium to remove that eyesore and turn it into a parking lot, but the club didn't want to sell at the time. They finally gave in because the offer was too good.

By the way, Crazy Horse III was a poor knock off from the original Crazy Horse Too which at the time in the late 90s early 2000s was the number one strip club in the city owned by Rick Rizzolo.
