thats not the garden.:smh::hmm:
F_ _ _!

I know that fool. I just thought the quote was funnier that way.
But what's even worse.... How do you get wopped in your OWN HOUSE. And it was a sweet two piece too. I wish I could find the gif.

michael_jordan_trophy_rings.jpg

Sorry homey but you need about 3 more of these in order to gain G.O.A.T status.

lmao...if kobe's team would have stayed together he possibly could have 6 right now...and he's only 30.

So Robert Horry is better than Charles Barkley? I mean he has 7 rings...that would actually make Horry better than Jordan...right?

If its about rings then Trent Dilfer is better than Philip Rivers...right?

1. Stop it with the ring argument b/c its lame and its only half of the story. TEAMS WIN RINGS---NOT INDIVIDUALS!!! When Jordan was at his physical and most dominant peak (still hella smart too) HE DIDNT WIN SHIT!!! HE DIDNT WIN SHIT. He got a squad around him...and lets not forget those last 3...boy how weak the league was compared to right now

2. The Celtics won last year b/c of the "TEAM CONCEPT" Did Jordan ever face a team in the finals with THREE ALLSTARS? No...closest was Stockton and Malone but Phil Jackson's defense kills screen and roll based ballclubs. That's why San Antonio can't beat L.A. in a series.

3. QUOTE THIS...MAKE FUN OF WHAT I JUST SAID...KEEP GIVIN BGOLers STATS, AWARDS, BIAS, REASONS PEOPLE HATE KOBE, THE WHITE GIRL INCIDENT, JORDAN and his RINGS...GET THE FUCK OUTTA HERE!

His opponents :hmm:

MJ's

[FLASH]http://www.youtube.com/v/Hcy_x5IKgEo&hl=en&fs=1[/FLASH]

Maybe he thought tha hardcore Knicks of the 90's were still there.

You know if Kobe ends up scoring 70 on the Bulls, Igizz will be up in here acting like he beat Micheal.

Kobe is great, but I still wouldn't even put him up there with Magic.

Fuck you - different teams, different era

I wonder if they chanted MVP MVP MVP for MJ that night

Yeah he gets his props. But he's not the GOAT. So calm yo ass down.

Damn...wtf...i swear its some dumb asses on here. You said he's not the GOAT---I DID NOT SAY HE IS THE GOAT...where did that even come from? Maybe you're scared that he will be the GOAT but nobody I repeat NOBODY can be the GOAT when they are still in the league and didnt even retire once

Igizzle, I've been a Kobe fan since '95. He wasn't even out of high school at that point, but I saw him play, and believe it or not, I predicted his future greatness THEN, and everyone thought I was insane.

However...

As great as Kobe is, Jordan is a more reliable franchise player. It's not that Jordan has never had bad games, and didn't have to struggle to ascend to the top of the NBA food chain, but Jordan's mentality is more stable than Kobe's. You know, first and above all else, Jordan wanted to win. I've seen Kobe give up on his team, or carry out secret agenda's on the court, where he wouldn't shoot the ball. Case-in-point, for as great of a defender as Tayshaun Prince is, Kobe Bryant tanked that finals. I have every last one of those games recorded, so I know what I'm talking about. Every time Kobe drove on Tayshaun, he scored. Kobe drove very little to the basket, however.

Kobe is the man of a million pump-fakes. I've never seen anyone who will twist, up-fake, and literally do anything he can imagine to get himself a clean look at the basket - but against Tayshaun, all he did was stand there, and just pull up for jumpers. No pump faking, no nothing. Tayshaun is too long for that, and Kobe knew that before he ever made it to the finals.

Also, against the Sacramento Kings, Kobe froze himself out of the offense, because it was said he was shooting too much. So, he passed the ball like he was the 10th man, and Shaq ended up yelling at him about shooting. Gary Payton was like, 'Kobe! Man get into the offense!" Kobe was like, "I got that on my radar." and proceeded to do exactly what they didn't want him to do...

I believe Kobe's dream was to be the man on the Lakers, and if the Lakers WON the championship, what would have been the point of breaking the team up?? Now, I think Shaq helped HIMSELF get shipped out of Los Angeles with his contract demands, but Kobe definitely helped to sink that team, making it less likely that the Lakers would bring everyone back.

Kobe CAN play team ball when he wants to(Kobe can do A LOT of things when he wants to. His recent streak of double-digit assists and triple doubles are proof), but he MAY always be a single-minded, me-first player, in my opinion. His talent will allow him to appear as if he's playing team ball, but I've seen this dude long enough to know that his dream, more than anything, was to be a one man show. He wants to win, but he wants to do it while he's dropping outrageous amounts of points as well...

The problem is, Kobe miscalculated how difficult it would be to become the G.O.A.T. Jordan had a much better shot selection than Kobe, and ultimately a better shooting percentage. Kobe is just fascinated with his own skill and athleticism, and refuses to just do what he does best. He HAS to do the spectacular. Perhaps as he get's older, and can no longer do what he's doing, he'll settle for efficiency over style...

So, yeah ... like you, I'm a Kobe Bryant. I've worn the jerseys(I ain't doing that shit anymore), I watch the games, and I've followed his career closely since day 1. However, Kobe Bryant is not Michael Jordan. Kobe is amongst the most elite scorers in NBA history, but his me first attitude, and his unwillingness to choose efficiency over style, will place him below Jordan at the end of his career.

But, hey ... how many dudes have had the next-Jordan hype placed on them, and still maintained a high level of play through out there career? Kobe is the only one to manage that, I feel.

This is a very intelligent analysis.

Kobe can ball...no doubt. Yet he is a fraud in the "best ever" role.

How many dudes have the Next Jordan hype placed on them? A lot. (Miner, Grant Hill, Vince Carter, Lebron)

There is no next Jordan.

The next person to come along should make their own legacy.

U hit the nail on the head

That is why now we are gonna c who the next Kobe is...then who the next LeBron is...who the next Chris Paul is...etc.

Niggas just gone do them and be the best they can be. Nobody is better than KOBE. Shoot me

"HE IS THE BEST. KOBE IS BETTER THAN JORDAN"

I hope u guys on here have a field day with that quote cuz thats just what I want. You guys are gonna grab for MJ's ballpark frank quicker than u can gasp for air after being submerged in a pool of Bull's piss for 3 minutes!

Now here's an assignment for you all...Just go to youtube and watch every single Jordan video u can find...

Then watch every Kobe one

You'll be mad as fuck

FUCK STATS

Just watch who is better

plain and simple

since when the fuck did espn polls matter?:hmm:

...

Negro, please. People just hate on Kobe and most don't even know why. It's just the thing to do. I've asked numerous people why they don't like Kobe, and I'm always getting a different answer...

People are just followers.

But, back to the topic at hand...

Now THAT'S a dunk!

THEY HATE AND DONT KNOW WHY...I SAY IF YOU STILL HATE KOBE TODAY IT EXPLAINS YOUR CHARACTER..UNLESS YOU HAVE A REAL EXPLANATION FOR WHY YOU DONT LIKE KOBE..YOU ARE STILL LIVING IN THE PAST..I COULD MAYBE SEE WHY YOU DIDNT LIKE THE YOUNG KOBE..BUT IF YOU HATE KOBE NOW..YOU ARE JUST A HATER!!

BY THE WAY BYNUM IZ OUT FOR EIGHT TO TWELVE WEEKS..WATCH WHAT KOBE DOES(WHILE USING HIS TEAM MATES) REMEMBER GASOL HAD THIRTY POINTS AS WELL..

KOBE IS A GENIUS..MIND POWER TAKES HIS GAME ON A WHOLE NOTHER LEVEL..THATS WHY HE IS THE BEST IN THE GAME RIGHT NOW..LEBRON HASN'T REACHED THAT POINT YET...CAN I GET A WITNESS....

duke.....the goat my ass. if i was in the garden, i wouldnt have been swingin from his balls like eveybody was. shame on NY shame on you!

Who in this thread discredited kobe? Don't pull a officer ricky and get all sensitive cause no one is cosigning the OP. Kobe is an amazing talent hands down he is the best player in the league today, but to give him goat status is madness. I'll judge Kobe's career when he calls it quits. I swear stans is fucking the game up:smh:

I see you conveniently and intentionally missed or Ignored all the dumb and simp minded gay references and caricatures pics...

And what's wrong with the GOAT reference? he is as far as MSG is concerned? feel free o prove me wrong:lol:

Look here my friend, on bgol, it's really not about Kobe's skills and exploits on the basketball court, it's all about hate. Even if Kobe did what MJ did a million times, these clowns are still gonna hate and other shallow minded trolls and robots are gonna show up with their usual dumb, vulgar, ignorant and depthless talk...

Tell me, what's so funny about defacing another man's daughter's pic with gay references?? what's that got to do with basketball?? see, it's really not about Bball, this is black people slimming, ridiculing and putting down one of their own just for the heck of it and by any means necessary.

Sad to know grown ass men cheerleads and join in on this silly and immature nonsense............

...however, no one else hung 61 on 'em despite the fact that they've sucked for awhile. If it's nothing to brag about, then someone else would have done the same, or better by now...

fair observation, but i disagree with the conclusion.

it's true the knicks have been below league average in points allowed this entire decade (with the sole exception of 2000-01), so they've been pretty poor defensively.

but it's also true that the knicks are basically playing euro ball, giving up even more points per game than last year, and at roughly the same opponent FG% (.475 :puke:)

and to surmise that another player "would have done the same, or better by now" is not reasonable, because other players are classier and understand the game better than tobe.

i don't expect the fan boys or stans to know it, but tobe continued to shoot in the 2nd half against coach jackson's instructions last night. tobe was gunning for a record, and that's disgraceful.

i also don't expect the fan boys or stans to be honest enough to admit it, but surely someone on BGOL who ACTUALLY WATCHED THE GAME will be man enough to admit that tobe's scoring WAS KEEPING THE KNICKS IN THE GAME, not widening the gap.

in the end, good scoring night, fakers got a W. still not better than bernard king.

Enough with Kobe JOrdan comparisions. Kobe even said in an interview recently that JORDAN IS THE BEST PERIOD.

espn featured poll 6 of 10. lmao. kobe dick riders have to resort to pulling shit from they ass.

Bryant scored seven of the first eight points for the Lakers, 13 of the first 16, and after finishing the first half with 34, Coach Phil Jackson, the party-pooper who kept him in an earlier game from scoring 90, talked to him.

"I told him to get everyone involved," Jackson said, "which didn't happen."

And the fans couldn't have been more pleased. Bryant -- in other games, the facilitator, sometimes not taking a shot for long minutes at times -- on this night played as if he had just read the record book and had one goal in mind.

During the week when Knicks were idolizing lebron and he beat them so bad, he could have went for a record but he sat out the 4th quarter and let his teammates pad their stats too.

And I don't expect you and Kobe haters to know that your

your analysis is not only biased, it's irrelevant and redundant because MJ did the same damn thin, you don't rack up points and records by shooting less....

It's his damn prerogative if lebron wanna sit on his ass and not shoot the ball....

And what's that got to do with Kobe and his skills??

lol @ knicks are basically playing euro ball..what's next, couldn't stop Kobe cos the dog ate their game play book?

now, come up with another useless reason why you so much hate that brother, you can do it, just let it out:lol:

Points Scored At Msg!!

lol @ knicks are basically playing euro ball

keep using laughter to mask your ignorance, because anyone who knows basketball knows that statement is true.

has coach d'antoni (as a head coach) ever had a team that didn't play with that style?

if it wasn't obvious to you before, during or after the game against the fakers, it should've been obvious to you tonight against the cavaliers.

but maybe you're another BGOL futbol fan pretending to like basketball.

All I know is the lakers won, NY was destroyed in the process, and Dyke Man Toni's system is proving to be a piece of shit.

But I do prefer the 26-8-5 Kobe over the Pistol Pete version.

cranrab, you said other players in the league were "too classy"?
:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

You know you're shit, but you are way off base here. :smh:
