It's too easy to get accused of rape and "me too'd." I agree with Collins that sexual assault accusations need some corroboration before they're given merit. The only reason I don't want Kavanaugh affirmed is because Trump nominated him. If anyone else nominated him I doubt I'd care as much. He's going to get affirmed, we might as well accept it.

that's all well and good, but she should just say she doesn't believe her story though. She wants to play both sides and come off as sensitive to Ford. She should just have the courage of her convictions and say hey, there was not enough evidence provided to make me believe Dr. Ford. I could respect that. ...but this "I think she was attacked, but not by Brett like she said". She said he was on top of her and she was looking in his face. If she believes the attack part, but not her id of the non-stranger who was allegedly on top of her, that's just playing it both ways.
