Kavanaugh accuser breaks silence about sexual misconduct allegations, UPDATE 9/26 5th ACCUSER & MORE

no - the investigation is very limited there too

The FBI hasn't been allowed to interview Ford nor Kanaugh
not allowed to followup or verify anything that could prove to be material evidence to bolster or contradict Ford's story
no time line, no employment record for Judge's summer employment, no attempt to nail down both of their stories and collect facts.... they've only been allowed to seek testimony based on decades old memories of a select few
They interviewed Judge, correct? They interviewed her best friend who supposedly was there, correct? They interviewed PJ, correct? They interviewed people from the July 1 party.

We all seen Ford's testimony. We've seen Brett's. Both seem suspect. When that happens, ask the others. Someone surely would fucking crack, right? This is First 48 on steroids. They talked to Judge and her friend. They have the fucking truth.

Let's cut the shit. They have a basic idea whether or not this went down. Feds aren't stupid.

Now that Yale shit is another story.

Then he'll be talking shit about them next week. :smh:

He's fucking amazing. He absolutely plays the shit out the media...constantly. They still have no clue on how to deal with him. They'll run articles, clips, etc of him saying he trusts the FBI, etc too.. just like they did when he said "i believe Ford was a credible accuser" when you know he was only saying that bullshit for the sound-byte.

Man. Kavanaugh is guilty as fuck. No innocent person would have this many accusati0ns against him and also his fucking former roommates saying he was a fucking drunken pig who routinely mistreated women. In normals time, he would be done.. but these aren't normal times.. Trump has been accused over 20 times (one being his ex-wife) or rape or sexual assault. The GOP gives no fucks right now. :smh:

the crazy shit is that the sexual assault this is just one of many things... he should be disqualified for perjury, being a political operative, etc..

The way he acted in the hearing last Thursday Made me think that he has a serious temper problem And i bet his wife could tell you some stories about his shenanigans

yo @easy_b

I'm starting to think they don't have the votes (and won't have them) and McConnell is just trying to make the GOP Senators that didn't fall in line pay for it. Collins, Murkowski, and Flake often fall in line but there is no way they don't know what's going on here. This has to be a bit much for women (collins and murkowski) and they're trying to figure out a way out of this without losing support from Republican voters. They would LOVE for someone else to be nominated right now. This is ridiculous.

This whole Kavanaugh saga seems to be the tip of an iceberg that tells young white guys..."fuck around, get buck wild in your teens and early 20s with no consequences. And if it's rape, probation will straighten ya out...God forbid we screw up your future over something so trivial."

Look at W...son of a POTUS, but a partying, boozing, barely average screw up..but he became pres. Trump, a partying, lying, draft dodging, rich kid...but he became pres. Kavanaugh..a drinking, partying, possibly raping, frat boy...he'll prolly be on the SCOTUS.

These frat boys literally have a get out of jail free card

I don’t think they have the votes and it looks like even conservative lawyers is checking out on Brett

Also Susan Collins people back in her state put her on notice already so she got a Lot of pressure on her

wrong....
1. The FBI was only permitted to ask Judge and others the questions requested by the White House, and were limited or prevented from asking followup questions

2. in a proper inquiry both Kavanaugh and Ford need to be interviewed and face followup questioning
-In this case neither of the principles have been interviewed properly to nail down their stories - we don't know shit about Kavanaugh's story because outside of a blanket denial he deflected or evaded every real question
Ford's story has inconsistencies and shortfalls that require further questioning to either develop more data or bring any deception to light

There are elements from Fords testimony, Kavanaugh's calendar yearbook, that can be verified by documentation and help to establish a timeline, and using that - if properly interviewed there is a good chance both Kav and Ford will inadvertently give up even more info that can be disqualified or corroborated by various records

This isn't first 48 - its a bastardised background inquiry, its different from a murder investigation
The thing is the FBI could find out a lot in a week if the White House was willing to allow it ...

Eyewitnesses are unreliable worse after almost 40 years later and some of these people are being asked to repeat hearsay -

Yeah. I was reading some shit where she is pretty much guaranteed to lose her seat if she votes to confirm Kavanaugh.

and I think that's why they're fighting to so hard to push him through.. because it's indictment on the entire culture that almost every white Senator has grown up in.

Didn't know White House dictated questions? Is there a source for that?

If that's true, I stand corrected. Also, what about the best friend? Were her questions limited? You can easily get to the bottom of this with her. Teenage girl best friends at the party and one don't remember shit as her girl left her alone and ran out the house? :hmm:

hold up, what?! The White House even dictated the questions?!
I know how you are with keeping up with shit. You haven't seen that reported?

I been checking all news sources on this and haven't seen that shit. I even seen reports by Ford's best friends family about being interviewed. Nothing about limited questions.

And both sides seem to want to keep the report under fucking cover.

wrong....
1. The FBI was only permitted to ask Judge and others the questions requested by the White House, and were limited or prevented fromasking followup questions

People this is bullshit this is why the vote may be still in question right now. I know the FBI I’m not too happy with this.

My final thought for the night on this the White House really strong armed this investigation Everyone knows that now so it all comes down to Lisa and Susan with every by pulling away from Brett it’s still going to put pressure on them to vote no.

Seriously. What witnesses weren't interviewed?

PJ was interviewed. Her best friend was interviewed and family is basically flaming Ford for putting her in the mix. The guys from the July 1 party were talked to.

Still haven't seen where the questions were limited, but the people she said were there and the ones folks thought were a slam dunk from July 1 got feds in their face.

These polls are so all over the place.. As soon as this confirmation shit is over... Something else drastic will happen that will flip shit again...

My guess is these China Tariffs .... Dude feels empowered since Canada and Mexico caved.

after the last presidential election

MOST if not ALL of the big name pollsters lost they jobs.

Fonz...should we even even TRUST polls anymore?

Facebook policy head makes a surprising cameo at the Kavanaugh hearing

Facebook might be doing its best to stay out of political scandals in the latter half of 2018, but the company had a presence, front and center, at one of the most contentious Senate hearings in modern history.

Facebook’s vice president of Global Public Policy, Joel Kaplan, was spottedsitting prominently near his wife, Laura Cox Kaplan, in the section for Brett Kavanaugh’s supporters. He is pictured on the left side of the header image, second row, in a blue tie.

For reference, below is an image of Kaplan to the immediate right of Mark Zuckerberg during a Senate Judiciary joint hearing in April of this year.

Kaplan has not made any public commentary on Twitter or Facebook about his support for the Supreme Court nominee, though, through retweets, Kaplan’s wife appears to be of the mind that the hearing is part of a “smear campaign” against the family friend.

Kaplan is also featured in this viral image, making the rounds on Twitter.

His appearance during the hearing is a show of personal support, though it still turns heads for such a prominent Facebook employee to make a visible statement during such a politically divisive event. Kaplan is not representing Facebook in a formal capacity.

Kaplan served as a policy adviser on George W. Bush’s 2000 election campaign and went on to serve as a policy assistant to the president and as the deputy director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and a deputy chief of staff. Kavanaugh worked for the Bush administration during the same period, joining the former president’s legal team and going on to work on the nomination of Chief Justice John Roberts to the Supreme Court.

Kaplan joined Facebook in 2011 as its VP of U.S. public policy. Kaplan continues to serve in a heavily influential political role with the company today, leading its Washington D.C. office, which serves as the company’s lobbying arm.
