Ben Sasse is definitely voting yes. That speech last not was just laying himself as a moderate when he opposing Trump in the future.
They have the votes now. Collins and Flake have pretty much said they were satisfied and Flake has already said he planned to vote YES unless something in the FBI report came up.
They have to wait for tomorrow...it's 30 hours after Cloture is filed. Mitch filed yesterday. They have the votes unless something miraculous happens over the next 24 hours. And if Collins and Murkowski signal they are voting Yes, don't be surprised if the two redstate dems that are down in their senate races vote Yes too.
So wtf does this mean? The nomination is ranked?

As much as things that have happened the past few years will be deemed historically significant, I can't believe that we're at yet another milestone low point.
Literally everyone with a valid opinion is saying not to put this dude on the bench. But they're going to put this dude on the bench. Because they don't care about people.
And the worst part is that by a slim narrow margin, there are pretty fair odds that they just get away with it. A big chunk of these assholes may not even get voted out over this nonsense. Hell, some might get more votes because of it.
They really let one black man being in charge of something make them lose what was left of their damn minds. And we're all going down the tube for it.

Flake weighing his options...all this might fall on him. He can be a champion and a legend for women...Flake has been getting praised all week. If he make the wrong decision he will be despised by abused women every day that Kavanaugh sits on that court.
At this point I have no reason to think that this guy doesn't get in....
If you come out saying that you are satisfied with an FBI investigation that didn't question Kavanaugh, Ford.... or Svetnick... then you already made your mind up before this happened.

It's time to start looking at the Case of Samuel Chase.
Samuel Chase was an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court and he was impeached in 1803 because of his partisan leanings.
He was later acquitted but he was the only Supreme Court justice to be impeached.
But.. don't get your hopes up.... Once he get confirmed.. there is no way that he gets impeached.
So basically we are going to have two Supreme Court justices with the stigma of Sexual harassment.
This is crazy... but our Only hope is that RBG and Clarence Thomas.. can hold out just two more years until hopefully we can put a Democrat back in Office and restore order here.

How do you have a 1000 plus page report without questioning two of the witnesses from the hearing..
