Fraternity brothers of Judge Brett Kavanaugh at Yale University during the mid-1980’s remember him as “a hard-drinking scalawag“ who not only attempted to force himself on coeds but “brought back hard evidence.”
According to one college fraternity friend of the Supreme Court nominee, “Brett had the largest collection of coed panties of any of us, probably three or four hundred pair. I honestly don’t know how he got any work done with all the late night prowling around he was doing, usually in a stocking mask and dressed head-to-toe in black. He called it his ‘going out attire.’ I know a lot of the other guys are coming to his defense right now but, to be honest, Brett was a major asshole.”
Reports of sexual misconduct by Brett Kavanaugh in college are reminiscent of allegations by Palo Alto University professor Dr. Christine Blasey Ford that he attempted to rape her in high school. These accusations are currently being reviewed, then discarded, by old conservative white men in the US Senate who are determined to drive through Mr. Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court no matter what he did to women in the past.

But his days at Yale are still drawing intense scrutiny. According to one report, Kavanaugh’s fraternity, Delta Kappa Epsilon, was well-known on campus for the many ways they disrespected women. One favorite chant among Kavanaugh’s DKE brothers was “No means yes, yes means anal.”
The fraternity even flew a flagmade out of undergarments taken from coeds on campus. “Most of the panties were from Brett’s collection, of course, but some belonged to this guy Morty Lavalle who liked to dress in women’s underwear. Morty had a good sense of style though, so we didn’t care that much.”
Dr. Blasey Ford is expected to testify in opposition to Brett Kavanaugh’s SCOTUS nomination before the Senate Judiciary Committee next week.
Mr. Kavanaugh will also testify, but it is unlikely that the flag of women’s underwear from 1985 will be located in time to be offered as evidence against his fitness for the Supreme Court judgeship.

I don't understand how he expected this to help him. He's not getting voted in by the public. He's nominated and needs 51 votes. He needs to convince Flake, Collins, and Murkowski.
