James Harden & Paul Milsap to the 76ers for Ben Simmons , Andre Drummond, Seth Curry and draft picks

Harden would've taken that shot in the playoffs that Ben passed up. PLUS the Sixers didn't give up Maxey or Matisse. Love this trade.

Yeah you'll love the trade until Embiid gets injured which he does frequently.

They gotta do something. Gotta take chances at this point with Embiid in his prime. I would've preferred to match him with Dame but this is better than Simmons sitting out. And again, they kept Maxey and Matisse along with Tobias. They got more work to do, but the time is now to take chances while this Embiid window is open

Phila fans are the worse, don't blame him for wanting out of that fucked up city. . Hell they even booed Alan Iverson who shed blood for the Sixers and their fans. :hmm:
I agree the fans in philly aren't shit I mean they cheered when Michael Irvin broke his neck. However Ben is fragile they had to give up a bag to get back a star for him.

Wow...

This could be HUGE for @jack walsh13 and his Philly boys.

Depends on which Harden shows up.
ION GIVE A FUCK IF WE GOT LEE MAJORS BACK FOR THE BEIGE BITCH BOTTOM LINE IS HE'S GONE!!! AND I'M HAPPY ABOUT THAT. IT WAS MORSO ABOUT GETTING RID OF THIS PUSSY.

Well. I can see the benefit to both teams. I also heard Hardin was a locker room cancer so we'll see.

I think Simmons might be in another trade, Curry might not even be in the league if it wasn't for his name. This looks more and more like addition by subtraction for the Nets.

Hardin is a fellow Virgo, and I bet your bottom dollar it has to do with Irving playing half-time and while everyone else putting in a shift. One thing that is a major pet peeve to us is when we give a 100% and somebody else isn't doing the same.

All in all, it's a good piece of business for both parties.

Yeah but Seth was good when he got into rhythm and Drummond was a good back up for Embid.

I understand it wasn't going to be a one to one trade but ALL that?? for JUST harden?

Yeah. Def not a perfect trade. But for what Brooklyn initially wanted (Maxey and Matisse) I'll take it. The Drummond thing def hurts. He was ballin as a backup.

AGREED. Doing nothing would have been foolish

The Nets with Curry, KD and Kyrie will have enough shooters. They desperately need help on defense especially in the paint and while Simmons is gun shy about shooting you can't dismiss his rebounding and defensive skills which are considerable. Time will tell but I think Phila got hosed on this one. hmm:

Harden is a disloyal piece of shit. He's a fuck teammates kind of guy. He forced his way out of OKC to go to Houston, then forced his way out of Houston to go to his choice Brooklyn and now after only two years he's faked hurt hamstringed his way out of there. I love Doc and Embiid, but not the Phila fans, they are the worst and if the fat boy slips he'll get the Ben Simmons treatment too..

Philly seriously got finessed in this trade. I've been telling folks about Harden for years now. He doesn't do the things it takes to win a championship and he shrinks in the biggest moments. Now, that he's older, out of shape and losing his talent, it's only gonna get worse from here.

I'm actually of this way of thinking too, I thought Lil Curry was a good fit for them, they just needed........ TOBIAS FUCKIN HARRIS to play to his talent consistently.

I would fine him cause he's one player that doesn't even try to defend shit most times he be ready to run down without anyone on his team gets a steal, rebound, inbound whatever just ready to run so he can shoot a three.

ok...so here's the big question...how deep in the playoffs do the sixers go and is a ring realistically in the near future now???

Closer than it was yesterday. There's no guarantees, it's the league. You just never know. But they were in 2nd place without Ben and without Harden. All on Embiid's back. This is a big gamble, but you had to take it.

How YOU gonna bet MY bottom dollar, mayne? lol

Not sure KD wanted Kyrie gone but they sure would have traded him if they could. Even without the COVID stuff he's a headache. Hardin has had rumors for years about causing locker room turmoil and honestly, he just didn't fit the Nets because he has to have the ball all the time.

As long as the Sixers got rid of that superfaggot Simmons I like it. Although giving up Drummond is going to hurt. They will probably try to sign that other fagmaster Enes Kanter. Fuck his new name!

Enes worried about Millî İstihbarat Teşkilatı, he's not thinking about bball.
