He gave Black thought 10 cards, then said he put 3 in his 10 card deck. So 3 of those cards were double cards, so that mean 7 double cards left. He then asked the dude to Black Thoughts left to think of a number. He said 3 and then Quest Love said 4 which was 7 total and there are 7 double cards left in the 10 double card deck.

My guess is, the trick is the deck of cards, pull out your own deck and ask him to do the trick and watch his expression change. No hate though... dude is an entertainer and he is entertaining so...shrugs
