What did big say about e40?
I heard Hammer was like that tooDamn. 40 wasn’t playin.
I was truly shocked when those gangsta Hammer stories started coming out.I heard Hammer was like that too

The reality is too many rappers aren’t really from the streets, just lived on one. You from a label called Bad Boy. You got a song about Mack 10’s and staying strapped, Gimme da Loot, they you dip into a car and only your mans got the heart to stand up to em. If you are a gangsta rapper there should be zero footage of you running from a fight, crying or dipping into a whip. You gotta respect the rappers who wreck shit for real. 90% of these rappers
Look like they can’t fight. Ice Cube and Snoop being two of em.

There is no footage of anyone named Biggie running for any reason. What are you talking about? Where is the footage of Biggie running from anyone?
Nigga pleaseBut BIG was right though...
The truth hurts.
It’s just music. It’s all fake. Folks got caught up in the imaginary world
Nah, bruh. Our tour bus was like an armory. A lot of them were. What you have to understand is, the rappers that weren't about that life, brought people that were on the road with them. As for the stuff in their songs, I'm with you, but out on tour, shit ain't sweet out there. Rob Base thought we were just southern rappers that only rapped about sex and didn't deserve any type of respect. In Pensacola, Fl., he found out that he'd been wrong in his assessment. It’s just music. It’s all fake. Folks got caught up in the imaginary world

Ice T wasn’t fake. Just because he pop locked and shit don’t mean he was soft. That’s what I meant. Many of the rappers were all fake, but they brought in the gangsters, and the fake world they spoke about became real.
Ice cube - private school kid
Ice t - dancer
Puff - dancer
Tupac - performing arts kid
Dr Dre - disco music dude
Once the fake became real, it got real to a ridiculous level, where it became nonsensical
I agree with this list, except for Ice T. Trust me, you didn't want no parts of that dude. Eazy E was a real street dude, and so was Hammer, Just Ice, E-40, Clay D, Rakim, and K Solo. The Wu were all about that life, but for the most part, you're right. MC Shy D was like Jackie Wilson. He was quick to put paws on a dude. I actually had to calm him down. I was like, "Dude, you're making records now. You can be sued now!"That’s what I meant.
