How much money a single person needs to earn to get by in every U.S. state

Atlanta is a very very small part of GA.

Half of GA's population is in ATL or the metro ATL area.

Yeah, this would be better if they did it by cities. 34k in NoVA will have you turning to a life of crime to make ends meet.

Even if you look at the MIT website itself as noted by BKF below, the "living wage" for Arlington, Alexandria, and Loudoun countries is $19.92/hr, or about $40k/year. And those are the most expensive areas in NoVA. For DC itself, it's $20.49/hr.

Man FOH that goes for all states . Outside of any major metro you have that. Knock it off. Outside of Atlanta you have klansman and white trash everywhere. Outside of DC in rural VA you got the same shit including Illegals and MS13 killing people.

You got that in DC and the suburban parts of MD and NOVA.
