How much is your Mortgage or Rent per month,,,

Bought my house two years ago - foreclosure close to Uptown Charlotte. Over 2,000 square feet and 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Mortgage, including taxes, is $577. That's less than half the rent I was paying for ritzy part of Charlotte. I enjoy being close to downtown and areas developing around downtown...

I pay -$8,000/month.......house is paid for, 9 unit apartment building is paying for itself and then some ;)

invest in rental properties people! it's really not that hard! learn to live rent free!!!:yes::yes:

2500 sqft 3 story single family with finished basement, 4 bedroom, 1 car garage, 2 full and 2 half baths $1908 on .25 acre. Woodbridge, VA
Shit, my dude is a lawyer that lives in Woodbridge, VA. It's a cul-de-sac with the lake and some woods behind his home. Nice area - except his wife almost got bitten by a copperhead doing yard work.

Shit, I got a 2545 sqft, 4 bedroom (including Master Suite) with 2.5 bath, 2 car garage, and sitting on .60 acres here in Medina, OH. I pay $1360. I'm lucky, though. Got my house at the bottom of the housing crisis. The house went for $250k back in '07, and I got it at $160k. Now Zillow has it for $212k. If I was willing to sell I'd make money

We got lucky on a home that was going into foreclosure.

We bought it on a bank short sale for 56K. Three months after we bought it it was assessed at 97K.

This was back in 2009.

We sold the home last year for 120K and upgraded to our current home.

We pay $1500 a month now for a home that is 2400 square feet, with a pool and three car garage. And a lot of land too. I'm sure I posted my backyard on here before.

Was it hard going from $275 to $1500 a month?

Did you need to upgrade? I prolly woulda tried to hold on to that good was deal forever. Even if I moved, just rent it out

Wasn't hard at all considering I got a new job that paid more than double what I was making at the time.

Plus we got almost double what we bought the house for.

My new job was a long commute, about an hour and 20 each way.

Told my wife we needed to move, and she was all for it. Wasn't trying to spend my life on the I4

I've been a landlord before, didn't want that headache again.
