I thought it was the caddilac Escalade![]()
Looked this (GMC Yukon Denali) up and the 2021 version is averaging 80K plus. When did this become a thing? GMCs are costing more than Range Rovers at this point. Am I missing something here? Who's spending damn near 6-figures for an American made GMC?
That’s all it really is with less makeupI thought it was the caddilac Escalade
It is.I thought it was the caddilac Escalade
This. My coworker brought a new Denali pickup in 2015 for 60k. I was like fuck that dumb MFas long as people are stupid enough to buy it
as long as people are stupid enough to buy it
be more specific. most "imports" are made here in mass and cheap to repair. The only thing more stupid than buying an American SUV is buying an import that will be expensive to maintain and lose value faster than "Blockbuster Video" stock.
Damn, that's good shit. Looks like you have a basement door near the garage as well. Are you with ADT or SimpliSafe?
just so u know a Range starts at $101k that's if u want a V8![]()

Yep. I remember car shopping for a Tahoe a few years back. I was shocked that them shits started at $80k. I figured since the dudes at the barber shop were rolling in them they had to be affordable. Nope!Them shits been that high.
I got a question.
How you getting on with those low profile tires and big rims.
We (UK) have notoriously bad roads which are blighted with potholes and when they are repaired they are done poorly and the repair may be defunct with 24-36 months with a wait possibly as long before it is badly repaired again.
My first diesel car was a 2.5 V6 TDi AUDI A4 (B6) 2003 Quattro Estate, so it had some weight to her but not lacking in torque, or power.
I was running 19 inch AUDI RS6 rims with Michelin 235/35 ZR19 (91Y) XL Pilot Sport 4.
I did 30,000 miles in 6 months and during that time had 7 irreparable punctures due to the hole being on the wall of the tire.
Then I thought to check the rims for cracks and what I found frightened me.
Both of the rears were fine but the front driver's side had 7 cracks and the passenger side had 6 and was buckled.
I'm guessing that the heavy diesel engine over the front axle and the potholes done in the rims because of the low profiles fitted.
I found a metal worker who repaired rims very well and after inspecting mine told me one was for the bin but 1 he felt he could confidently repair.
So I bought 2 used matching rims from a Facebook group, put the 2 from the rear on the front and was good.
Those Michelins are not cheap. Luckily I found a local used tire dealer who used to charge me £40 per corner for tires with mabe 0.5-1.0mm off of them instead of the £240+ MRSP.
So the cost of those big rims and low profile tires could have cost me in excess of £2000 in 30.000 miles.
I bought the car used with that equipment already on it but the spare wheel was the original from factory 17 inch with a profile of 60%. I'm guessing that what was fitted from factory and if it still had them I would probably had no issues.

So the Denali, High Country & Escalade have magnetic ride control which is great. My tires are 305/30/26 which they're bigger than what you'd normally put on 26-inch wheels. Usually, they put 285 on these trucks. 305 will give you an even bigger sidewall. The ride definitely has changed, but its about the same on the interstate. You just have to know how to drive through the city. I had a 2011 Escalade with 28s on it. Never again.
I guess you haven't seen used car prices.
Dude gotta give us pics of the gaming room set up.That's the laundry room window, I do have a basement though. I just got my gaming room done with my PC & consoles in it, like a kid in a candy store now. I had Xfinity, now I have Ring.
