No I'm not going to be more proactive, we keep the rules simple for a reason, If you let all the Mods use their discretion as to what is or is not acceptable, you will have people getting banned for damn near everything.

I think the number of people being banned would be relatively small. It's always the same core group of posters drawing the ire of the community. You ban them a few time, and they'll fall in line quickly. Right now it's a big joke to them because there are no consequences.
I'm all for any and every poster being able to voice their opinions, but if it's REALLY your opinion, then articulate... don't just be on here posting outrageous/offensive shit solely because you think it's funny. If they're going to troll, they should at least be forced to work at it. I mean even the Blunt character puts in work.
