Because germs can also be in heavily soiled substances. If you have grease on your hands or a lot of dirt and you use hand sanitizer, your hands still aren't clean, just sanitized. You just have less germs and bacteria on them. Your educational system has failed you. Either that or you are just a troll. I'm going to assume you are just trolling and hope that no one on here is that damn stupid.
Washing your hands is the best thing you can do but from the tone of your posts, you have some sort of aversion to soap and water.
