These idiots could have made a killing just locally and regionally selling on Craigslist and Reddit, even Facebook under a burner account. Cash transactions only, will meet you in a common place, and only a few of each item per sell unless someone is coming with a significant cash for the entire supply offer (though this Id be leery of because a real G might jux you for the entire stash). Amazon, EBay and the IRS wouldn’t have gotten a dime of the profit. Oh well.....

No. Hand sanitizer kills viruses and bacteria but does not actually clean your hands. Whatever dirt and debris you have on your hands, its still there when you use hand sanitizer. When you wash your hands, the dirt, germs and debris from whatever you have been handling binds to the soap and the water washes it off of your hands.
Also, hand sanitizers might not remove harmful chemicals or pesticides from your hands. Its also considerably less effective on heavily-soiled hands with a lot of grease, food or dirt on them.
Hand washing is the first and best line of defense.
