This is the #1 thing i miss from the gym

I've been working out from home for the last 2 years fyi.

Probably put like $1000 or so into my own shit when I peeped how my gym was going up 10%+ every other month for shit i dont care about (tanning booths, pools etc).
I got everything they got at the gym minus live bitches (well maybe row stations).

yeah it has gotten old; when I first started working out years ago I started out doing it at home but after awhile fouNd I couldn’t push myself like I needed. When you join the gym you see other people and it motivates you to go harder. The women with ass and titties wearing tight stuff is a BIG BONUS to going to the gym. Fuck it I just might go back tomorrow :fuckyousay:

switched sides?? the first time I watched one of those videos I remember after they had finished working out he was giving everybody high fives but then gave one dude a hug, neither one had a shirt on and both were sweaty, I said hold on WTF!! I knew something wasn’t right about him then:smh:
Haha. Oh I never noticed that.

Just when they told us to start working from home, my gym is now closed

Guess I'll be doing 500+ push ups a day like I'm in the pen.

Your comment inspired me. I was doing 200 push-ups a day for the past 1.5 weeks with my perfect push-ups until yesterday.

Yesterday I did a few more an hour and was able to do 500 yesterday and today and strangely, I don't feel tired.

So now you got me working out like I'm in the pen too!

That's what's up..I'm not gonna lie I've been mixing things up. I did 500 push ups probably once but I've been going to the park more to run & trying to get that vitamin D from the sun. I've been doing some home ab & leg workouts as well.

I was doing ab work the first two days but then I got lazy, truthfully that shit hurts and is harder! Maybe I'll start sit-ups again tomorrow. I've been outside to play basketball a couple of times, might go again tomorrow for cardio.

Bottom line, we've gotta stay active!

I always start my mornings with some core work and stretches. Now I'm doing some more sets, more calisthetics and incorporated some cardio.

I only have a few sets of dumbbells, a treadmill, mats, foam rollers, boxing gloves etc at home so I can't do all the heavy lifting for strength and/or hypertrophy I've been doing at the gym.

So instead I'm gonna take this time to focus on building muscular endurance by doing extremely high reps, and incorporating more dynamic stretching. Bout time I switched shit up

Yeah always got the vibe that nigga Shauntie was sweet like bear meat :smh:

I have a treadmill, a bench, iron free weights and a pullup bar in the guestroom closet.

But I felt limited so I joined a gym...

... 3 weeks before the CLD (covid19 lock down) went into effect.

Now I'm back to being trapped in the closet.

I was close to breaking down and going back to my gym but now the governor has issued a non-essential closure list and gyms are on the list. Black women are about to have a fit because hair salons and NAIL SALONS are also on that list  the chicks that do hair and nails at home about to be getting paid

Knocked out 500 yesterday. Today i did a jump rope and doubled ended bag workout in my garage

Ok.

Did some measuring and this will just fit to the ceiling

in my basement. I can get rid of my bench press

because this comes with a incline flat and decline

bench. Gonna look around a little more but

this looks like the set I need.

@gene cisco, this does mean the rack is included right?

This seems like a lot of new equipment for $2061.

Either they are hard up for a sell or they made a mistake.

I'm bout to cop right now before they change their mind.

What do yall think?
