The cow tweet is hilarious! Can't blame them for milking it; GTA V is the most profitable entertainment product ever and still has a huge online user base.
I logged on with my XBOX today and shit was blowing up all over that place. The lobby was full. They are definitely doing online numbers.

You literally have to pick on people to the point that they have no choice but to fight back. And when they do fight back if they get 1 kill they run. Every now and again you'll get a good lobby where you have some killers but that shit is few and far between.
I got on once a week or so ago and I had to pull a "car show slym" to get people upset enough to up their guns.
I put sticky bombs behind the wall in that little alley by LSC... parked a modded car there, sent out messages saying CAR SHOW AT LSC and waited... eventually I had 4 or so cars there, others milling about looking... maybe 6 or 7 people there.. then I set it off... blew up the cars and started killing everybody.
2 guys fought back. The others called insurance, replaced their car, then came back in passive.

Looks like fun. This is what gta. / online shouldve been for the jump. The current state on the consoles are still gokd though bum I'm jealous of PC and the limits they break with their mods. This looks like the spiritual successor to SA-MP
