Yes. I dl the dlc from bing on the 360 dashboard. Just type in business update. Then you can get the cars in single player.

What happen to nos cars? Did u get rid of all of them? Or did nothing at all

Here's a gun that you can buy for 16k with NO RANK REQUIREMENT that's stronger than the combat machine gun with better accuracy.

EDIT: SP to MP and NOS have been patched. However you still have all your previous car in your garage, without NOS

Also I'm reading there are new tire smoke colors, new character gestures, and money from challenges is still in tact. But something small caught my attention:
the shortcuts on your phone seem to have changed, got tattoo shop and barber shop and it lists your address instead of just home.
I think they are talking about the quick interaction screen you get when u hold down select in game and not your phone. If that's the case, changing the name from HOME to a physical address leads you to believe that multiple property ownership is on the horizon.
