The thing with those armored vehicles, you gotta pay attention to which one it is coming at you then attack it accordingly.
If it's the insurgent truck, I won't even blow it up. Bust a roll then shotgun straight thru the window. Remember, THIS IS A PERSONAL VEHICLE!!! blowing it up will charge you $17k and bad sport warning. I'd advise not blowing it up. Now what you can do is put a proximity mine on the driver door. When they get in, it detonates and kills them!
since it takes so much to blow that truck up you can do that 4 or 5 times!
If it's the one with the gun on top, do the same thing. Then as it passes you by shoot the gunner. When it's clear, blow it up. That one is a PEGASUS VEHICLE and can be destroyed without fear of paying insurance or getting the bad sport warning.
If it's that little armored car, the karuma, AP pistol or any assault rifle will do. The shotgun, because of the spread, won't even get a red blip on the hit marker
With those tho I'm less likely to play around. I'll just send a rocket at them n keep it moving. Then I'll kill them while they calling the insurance company and sit on their car to keep them from getting it. I will use their car for cover to test how bad they want the kill. You gonna blow up your own car? BGOL ninjas will in a heartbeat, but most white dhots won't.
Then go old school. Burn they shit. Use either your personal vehicle or a Molotov to spark it.
