You are assuming these women would disclose them or their children have HIV/AIDS. They are already being supported by Nick so what would be the point in exposing him and potentially indirectly stopping their income if his career was damaged. Not to mention the money he'd lose from the woman who he didn't have kids with that could have been infected. His loss of income potentially means their loss of income and lifestyle and no other man with means would touch them knowing they had HIV.
Also, women are tested for various diseases during pregnancy. If they were found to have HIV, the doctors would attempt to reduce the chances of the baby getting it. I have no clue of the success rate but a mother having HIV doesn't necessarily mean the child will have it. So in theory Nick gives the mothers HIV however the doctors catch it during prenatal care and prevent the babies from having it.
