Game Of Thrones: The Sopranos with swords or Dynasty in chainmail?

That was not on her, he wasn't raised to be king and the crown was too heavy for him to handle. She single handedly took back control from that religious cult and all the people that were trying to manipulate the king. Tommon and Joffrey's failures were because their father was a drunk abusive asshole.

Yes it was, Tommen loved Margeary, and he also knew Cersei prevented him from going to the Baelor Sept that day it blew up, so he knew she did it. Also, Robert wasn't his father, Jaime is and he knew that.

Huh?

Dude Cercei killed his wife... who he actually loved.

Killing everyone isnt always the answer.

Just so Im clear, to you Robert was a drunk abusive asshole and Cersei is just a girl who takes no shit and fights for her rights?

Actually, not at all.

While there is no record of how wide the Narrow sea is, we do have record of how wide The Wall is, 300 miles. Based on this map, the Narrow Sea can be anywhere from 150-300 miles wide.

got-map-2.jpg

Unless you are a flat earth moron, you can only see up to 12.2 miles in any direction on a body of water. It would be very easy for the Dorne/Greyjoy ships to sail closer to the coast and for the Unsullied ships to take a router further away and more than 12.2 miles from the Dorne/Greyjoy ships which would be out of site from Eurons fleet.

Most sail ships travel at 5-6 knots, which would be 250km per day or or 155 miles. Since this show, per season, is a "year in the life of" these people (see here the show so far is 298AL-204AL), each episode can span a month or more. Also, the types of battles they fought the last episode, can last weeks or a month easily, even if they last minutes on the show.
^^^^ This. Agreed.
Man the time line is all kinds of fucked up. We're to assume the Unsullied left before Yara/Sand Snakes. So how in the fuck did Euron destroy the Yara/Sand Snake fleet, then sail to Kings Landing, chill there, then make it back it to Casterly Rock right behind the Unsullied to destroy that fleet too? Cmon

There's a simple explanation, you know.

Think about it....
  • Euron has the IRON FLEET. Those are the FASTEST WARSHIPS in all of Westeros.
  • Plus, he's the GREATEST Military Sea Captain in all of Westeros.
  • So he DEFINITELY knows how to get the MOST out of the changing winds, or the rising tides. Whether Day or Night.
  • Remember, these are the Greyjoys. Their whole BLOODLINE spend their entire lives 'driving ships' switfly into battle.
  • They know how to make a quick entrance & overwhelm their enemies from the shoreline. (Or make a hasty exit, if need be)
  • If you put a Greyjoy in the Water... wth a sturdy ship... they are like (natural-born) Indy Race Car Drivers.
  • It's just like putting a Dothraki Khal on a horse. They will always have a 'natural advantage'.
  • I bet Khal Drogo would beat Ned Stark by at least a whole day, or so... in a horserace from The Wall... to King's Landing.
How fast do you think the Unsullied Army can sail a boat... if they only been on 1 single boat ride in their entire lives? :dunno:

Even with a BIG headstart... they're not beating Euron across the Open Water. :smh:

The ONLY person (in all of Westeros) who could give him ANY kind of competition in a Boat Race... is most likely Yara Greyjoy.

Agree 1000%. And Yara, as a bad ass as she is, just cant compete with Euron... or Ramsey for that matter, since she is 0-2 now...

In the end Sanza Stark will be seated on the Iron throne to which she will discard it.

She will only want to rule the North.

My prediction.

I think Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen will hook up and later find they are both Targaryen (Targaryen incest and all) and will fully unite the 7 kingdoms and take out the white walkers.

The story is called A Song of Fire (Daenerys) and Ice (Jon) after all... (Like the song Rains of Castamere) OR it is only about Jon Snow since he is technically Fire and Ice by blood...

So what if she hated him. There is nothing wrong with wanting to kill the person you think killed your kid
Yeah there is. Have to be at least certain. They had no evidence and just hearsay. That's misguided anger.

And Joffrey was a dick and a piece of shit. He deserved that fate like no one else.

Come on now she thought he killed Joffrey.

Actually before that, at battle of the Blackwater Bay. That one had nothing behind it other than she wanted him dead - despite the fact that he was trying to save the city. Then theres the story that Oberyn told Tyrion about when he was a baby.

She's playing well but her whole life story is short term victories only. Her emotions always pull her off track big time.

Whoa! I predict Sansa on the Iron Throne as well. Unless Westeros is heavily changed by the "Real War", she is the best suited for Kings Landing ugly and brutal politics. More so than Danny to some extent. By the same token, Sansa isnt really fit for the north. People up there are straight up, not double talking and backstabbing. She would rule it the wrong way or waste her talent there instead of at the capital. Jon is a better North ruler but he and Danny might not make it. Either one or both will be killed saving humanity.

Just my 2 cents.

Agreed.

I bet Euron only has 1 single 'Job' listed on his WHOLE resume...

Name: Euron (the GOAT) Greyjoy
Job Title: Swashbuckling Pirate
Company: CEO & Founder of the Iron Fleet
Location: Every shoreline in Westeros
Duties: Reaving, Pillaging & Ransacking
Start Date: I be doin' the MOST. All Day. Every Day.
Salary: Whatever is in yo' pockets when I get there :hmm:
Awards: First-Ballot Hall of Famer
Motto: "I am THE STORM. The First. And the Last."

every one of those problems were self inflicted

Bran told Sansa that he can "SEE." What she should do is stick to him, because he's probably the only MoFo in the show who can figure out Little Finger and everyone else for that matter. Even t
hough he can see... he still lacks the comprehension. He needs to let Jon know that he's a Targaryen as soon as possible. I wouldn't be surprised if Little Finger tries to have Bran killed once he finds out that Bran has the gift. Bran can throw a wrench in everyone's plans. But, he looks shell shocked for now.

joffery was fucked up from the get go. If remember correctly joffery would kill the family pets. And bring them to robert. Think thats why robert didnt really fuck with joffery.

I still don't see what she has done wrong, she wasn't wrong for wanting to kill Tyrion, he did after all kill their father after all.

You asked why people hate her. This is one of the reasons why. Doesn't much matter how you rationalize her hate for him or her wanting him dead. Everybody likes Tyrion and she hates his guts and wants him dead, and has been mean to him his whole life. That's not the only reason she is hated but it's right up there.
You can rationalize why anybody does anything, but it doesn't change the fact that people may hate them for doing it.

Do you also wonder why people hated Walder Frey? Hey, the other lords looked down on him and his ugly family... the Starks never married one of their kids to one of his kids, even after Rob was promised to them... he has plenty of reasons to hate the Starks, right? Do you wonder why he was hated?

Lol, Meryn Trant probably had a daddy that loved him a little too much, which probably led to him being a sadistic pedophile. People hated him... does it matter why he was the way he was?

I just saw on facebook and entertainment weekly. That HBO was hacked and 1.5 terabytes of property was taken. Including script details on the upcoming episodes of Game of thrones.

I disagree brother. She interfered in Tommen's and Margery's marriage, when she should of took her old ass back to Casterly Rock, by arming the faith militant and we all know what happened there. She also ordered Lancel to poison King Robert's wine which led to his death. And Oh, let's not forget about her blowing up the Sept of Baelor.

I got a feeling you a trump supporter!

Nigga like Cersei about to make Westeros great again what's the problem? Haha

Is it me or are people sleeping on Sam?
This dude is putting together a great resume.
  • Night's Watch
  • Fought Wildling army
  • Fled an insurrection
  • Pulled off the impossible by curing Jorah of greyscale
  • Found dragonglass
  • Killed a white walker.

Fucked a wilding/taught her to read
Stole a valaryan steel sword
Killed a Thenn
Got into college without ACT testing

doesn't change anything really...but here's a fun/interesting theory that the entire story is "narrated" by sam

I think now that he's going to go through those old scrolls he's going to hit another level or find out the key to everything.

all on the strength of jon telling the newbies at the watch to take it easy on him. dudes wanted to leave sam for dead.

Yup
And that in a nutshell is why Jon is who he is.
The world had given up on Sam and even the place that people go where they've been given up on had given up on Sam but not Jon
He took him in and gave him confidence when he had none and no reason to.

dude, she hated him from his birth ...blames him for killing her mom because she died during childbirth. Jamie doesn't hate him... but Cersi does. Jamie was Joffrey's dad, and he didn't hate him even after Joffrey died. Cersi hates the guy because he is alive.

She hates him because she is just like her father who hated him. Cersei is Tywin through and through.

Each of her kids got a piece of her personality that was the dominating factor in their lives
Cersei's longing for power went to her daughter who was down to do whatever in order to be a princess, even live in Dorne away from everyone
Tomnen was always looking for approval from his mom. Always stuck on what his mom wanted for the longest time up until he got married, like Cersei vied for the approval of Tywin
Joffrey was her sadistic side on steroids which we see every single time she has the upper hand and can inflict harm on someone. Cersei was so turned on after exacting revenge that she immediately ran into Jamie's arms.
I seem to recall Joffrey needing to do extracurricular shit to prostitutes in order to be "Excited"

Each one of her traits is eventually what led to her children's deaths.
and yet she's here.
