Did the mercenaries that deserted Stannis get turned by Ramsay when he did his 20 man commando raid? I can't think of any other reason why the Bolton's army was so big.

"Body Double: That CG face was very distracting. It was such an important scene and the fact that it wasn’t really Lena Headey took away from it. "
Knew those tits were too nice to be hers. She also comes off as a fucking assholish prude which made me leery of her actually agreeing to do that entire scene nude. Unprofessional bitch.
So stupid! Part of what has made this show so brilliant is their authenticity. Don't crap like this just takes away that much more from it. I'm not surprised and knew before reading this information that it wasn't her. If anyones ever watch any of her interviews its very apparent that shes a trip to work with.
They should of just saved the damn CGI money and had her do the scene without showing the nude parts....stupid!
Cersei ain't doing shyt.
She has no allies, either at home or abroad. At least half the city is against her, the other half has been thrown out by the folk she empowered... she's lost the Martells, about to lose Dorne, the North is plotting, Little finger is plotting...
She got the kingsguard, the resurrected Mountain and thats about it.
Her own uncle knew what was up and went back to Casterly Rock.
I convinced Melisandre is based on a Haitian woman. Bomb pussy and some devilish magic got stannis head all fucked up.![]()
There were two things wrong with this season
1. Dorne was just dumb. Those titties couldn't save that arc from being pointless.
2. Sansa in Winterfell. Other than to show us how cruel they could be to a long suffering character. What did it give us?
Those two story arcs had the most changes from the book. I don't think that's a coincidence.
Stannnis is dead. Like someone else said it's highly unlikely that Brienne would have such a strong bond to Renly, talk for seasons on end that she'll kill Stannis, tell Stannis herself that she had this oath that she will keep, pull out a sword NAMED Oathkeeper, and then NOT kill him....
Makes zero logical sense.
I know the general rule is that you have to see someone dead on screen, but that's only after you consider all the factors surrounding the death. They didn't cut to Stannis because that scene was the climax for Brienne's oath, not Stannis' life. They gave Stannis a good death because he still dispatched two men despite being severely injured
Another point as to why jon isn't gone - the staredown with the night's king.
If Jon truly dies, that entire scene is useless. All the weight of that scene is reduced to nothing. They certainly won't do that.
It also sets up another potential ‘civil war’ inside of House Dorne. (between the Ellaria & the Sand Snakes vs. Prince Doran)
Shit is gonna 'hit the fan'.![]()
its not. he even did this shit for them losers not for himself. he did it so they could try and fight death.
fucking idiots.
That certainly makes sense (I'm hoping ).
You can't have Jon do all of that work and get killed by a lil fag named Ollie.
The Nights King definitely took notice of Jon Snow. He'll hopefully be back one way or the other, I hope.
You would think the people that was with Jon would of told them "Hey,I know you don't like the wildling, but we need them for our fight against the White Walkers and wights"."It's better for them to be our side temporarily than to fight them dead and turn us into one of them"..
I'm going to assume they did say something similar to that, but I guess the other watchmen don't care...all they care about is that dayum oath....This is one of the time, they should say fuck the oath and start preparing for the white walkers and wights.
It's not like the Night's Watchmen didn't know the White Walkers was coming..everybody knew, but they don't care..On top of that, they had wights in their own backyard from the first season and they still stabbed Jon...
It was said all the way back in the first season that the Night's watchmen didn't have the same amount of men from decades or centuries before....
A lot of it was just a power move by Alliser Thorne. He's always hated Jon and the Wildlings. When Jon beheaded Janos Slynt, Alliser saw that he meant business.
I kinda disagree with these 2 things in red.
Here’s why….
![]()
1. The Dorne storyline was pretty significant because it moves Jaime’s storyline forward… and also sets up a ‘potential war’ between the Martells & the Lannisters next season.
It also sets up another potential ‘civil war’ inside of House Dorne. (between the Ellaria & the Sand Snakes vs. Prince Doran)
Shit is gonna 'hit the fan'.
And SOMEONE is gonna face ‘the business end’ of Areo Hotah’s BIG ASS AXE, next season.![]()
(Quite. Possibly. Several. People.)
Plus another great side-story was…. BRONN & TYENE.
Where will that shit lead next season?Just saying.
But also.... Born was promised ‘a better wife’ and ‘a better castle’ for making the trip.
Will Jaime still make good on that promise?
And if he doesn’t… how will Bronn respond?
Because right now…. Bronn is assed-out.
He left his bride & his ‘future inheritance’ to help Jaime out…. and Bronn is not the type of guy to just let that shit slide.![]()
We've all seen... that man is 'about his PAPER'.
But MOST importantly, the SINGLE BIGGEST SECRET of Jaime’s entire life was finally revealed to his daughter…. and he wasn’t ‘shunned’ for it.Which is what he always FEARED MOST.
He lived his entire (adult) life not being able to ‘be a father’ to his very own children…. and the moment he can finally START to even do so…. it gets fatally snatched away from him.
And this marks the SECOND TIME that one of Jaime’s kids has literally ‘died in his arms’.
Now he has to return to King’s Landing.... and deliver THAT news to Cersei.![]()
(After ALL the mayhem she just lived through.)
Obviously, there will be ‘hell to pay’….. and this whole trip (and the upcoming aftermath) will most likely change Jaime, somehow. For better, or worse.
Not sure how, tho.

2. Sansa escapes with Theon. That was HUGE, imo.
Because Sansa is the biggest ‘bargaining chip’ there IS…. in the North, right now.
And EVERYBODY who wants to RULE the North…. somehow NEEDS SANSA to do so.
So without Sansa to ‘cosign’ them… NONE of those remaining players left around will be able to successfully control the entire North... without inciting a ‘rebellion’ of some kind.![]()
Because all the disgruntled Northern Lords will ALWAYS remain loyal to the Stark family.
Now without a ‘Stark heir’ to legitimize them, how long can the Boltons run shit without the support of Tywin Lannister?(Roose Bolton didn't seem to think it would last very long without Sansa's involvement.)
So it opens up a possible conflicts between any Northern characters that we haven’t seen yet - like Howland Reed(i.e. Meera & Jojen Reed’s father)
Furthermore, without Sansa around, how will it affect Littlefinger’s plans?
Because he was set to wipe out WHOEVER survived the war between Roose Bolton & Stannis Baratheon.
And made a promise to Cersei that he would deliver Sansa to her.
So Sansa’s escape drastically CHANGES all of that.
We might see Baelish in FULL 'damage control / panic mode', if all his plans start to 'unravel' next season.![]()
Especially since Sansa is a MAJOR part of his (long-term) plans.
Sansa's escape will throw a 'monkey wrench' into somebody's gameplan.
The question is just... whose 'throne game' will it affect MORE?
If they cannot meet up with Lady Brienne, I think Sansa and Theon might head for the Iron Islands.
(Which also sets up the eventual return of Yara & the Greyjoys.)
Every year, the show introduces new ‘players’… so Sansa’s storyline is most likely the main catalyst to bring us several new characters, events & major plotlines that NOBODY will know any 'spoilers' about (in advance), imo.
Just my opinion.
I think Jon will come back as some sort of Zombie. Apparently, the King White Walker is a Stark that went into the forest chasing some ass from a strange chick.
I think in order to combat the white walkers eternally (cold/ice), they need someone to who will commit to fighting eternally. I think the Red Witch (fire) will resurrect Jon as some immortal fire person with the power to fight the King White Walker (who may be his kin, by the way).
This will allow Jon to fulfill his oath of protecting the realm forever. It will be an eternal battle (fire against cold). I say this because I dont necessarily believe the valerian sword was the reason Jon killed the White Walker luietenant, I think Jon is the chosen one and cant be killed by cold in the same manner Dany cant be hurt by fire, which is why the King White Walker wanted to get a face-to-face of the person he's going to have to figure out how to kill.
To me, the White Walker "come-at-nigga" moment at Hardhomme wasnt a show of strength, it was a dude who realized, his peer was here but didnt recognize his power and, by showing off the strength of his army, he hoped he could scare Jon and the Nights watch to run as far away as they could.
I think the White Walkers are going to storm the wall, slaughter everyone and Jon will bring them back to life as (fire men) and then there will be an epic battle of fire and ice. And JOn can fight buddy foreover while keeping his oath.
A HUGE pile of snow broke their fall. You can see it when they first look down.
Would you rather they do it for the vine?![]()
This felt good tho.

Cool theory...
I also believe the time of the Nights Watch is near an end. Jon Snow (or Jon Stark if Brienne kept Stannis alive) will be the one to restart it afterward. I'm betting a resurrected Jon will say "fuck the watch" and go south with the Wildlings to take back Winterfell.
Once Winterfell is retaken, and the watch is destroyed. I can see him getting word to Dany and Tyrion. Tyrion had a healthy respect for Jon before he left so he knows he is legit. He will say need dragons or Westeros is lost...and thats when Dany comes over after advise from Tyrion.
