I go to the Gun store to sell my Smith and Wesson. Clean as fuck. The white lady (after I handed it to her) comes out and says she aint giving it back because it's scratched off. I tell her it's mine, I initially sold it, and the buyer scratched it off. But I bought it back, It's in my name, it's registered bla, blah, blah.
I leave and return back with the box( which has the serial on it, and the receipt) on getting there, there's two atf cats black and white. They say they need to talk to me out side. I comply.
They ask questions, I tell them. The bottom line it was mine. They werel ike well since the no.'s scratched it's illegal. Said it was a felony, but i'm like it's not illegal if the........sigh.
In a nut shell, the pigs took my strap. I could a taken it to court(which dude said, and all the while he smirking), but the judge coulda been thorough, plus I aint got the loot.
Them dudes probably gonna keep that strap. and I'm pissed at that.
So thats how it is eh? I brotha can't own a weapon to protect himself? Wanna make me a statistic eh. I hate pigs. If u a pig. Fuck you.
The fuck you expect nigga huh? don't you fuckin get it the serial number is scratched off on the fuckin GUN. That serial on the box don't mean shit anymore its whats on the gun so they had every right to seize your shit. Be luckin they didn't lock your ass up.
A lot of illegal guns with the serial scratched off make it into the hands of clown niggas who want to shoot innocent people and go on crime sprees
Okay retards listen. I bought it back from the dude I sold it to. I provided proof that it was mine. I had a copy of the serial. I wouldn't be stupid to take a gun to a store If i felt it was dirty.
The only Mistake I made was not knowing the implications. It's a clean strap with no bodies on it. Just the scratched off serial could make it look suspect.
shit probabaly had a body on itfree lazarus
Black, with no money and that kind of case. That cat been MIA since he started this thread. Said he didn't have money so proper legal help was out. I wonder how much time he really got for that shit.![]()
Black, with no money and that kind of case.

this negro hasn't posted in 3 years!!

1. I got the strap from the store.
2. Years after I've owned it, I sold to a cat. For his home. He aint a killa, he aint, a thug.
3. I told him to scratch the muhfucker off incase he did something with it.
4. I buy it back, from him.
5. Unknowingly didn't know the repercussions of the scratched off serial. But hey it's mine, I got proof. It should be returned. But I know it aint.

shout out to all the cats fighting felony gun cases with public pretenders.

Sorry but know the law if you're gonna own a gun...buying back a gun with the serial scratched off was dumb...trying to resell it to a licensed gunshop was dumber...congratulations on the new movie release...

I received a gun off gunbroker.com that had a different serial than the one I had bid on and won. Is there any way to check the history of the gun I received?
Removing serials are done for a reason. It was not the smartest move buying back a piece back that could be dirty. Then you take it in?? You could have gotten more than your gun taken. Be glad it didnt come back with blood on it.
