My boy did 8 years in a Federal prison because his dumb ass bought a tech9 legally in S. Carolina (for what dumb ass reason I do not know since dude was a college student and momma's boy, but mainly he did it so he could show it to cats in the dorm since that is all he ever did with the shit). Anyway, dude lets his cousin in NYC "hold" the gun and when he gets it back, it's not the same gun and the numbers are filed off. His cousin sold the new gun and replaced his shit with a dirty gun. Dude gets caught with the gun and the fuckin' thing has bodies on it, was loaded with cop killer rounds AND had been converted to full auto. The Feds knew his dumb ass didn't do the murders, but dude wouldn't "snitch" on his cousin who had already fucked him over royally and he got hit with a SERIOUS weapons charge.

Any weapon legal or illegal where I go in and give the GUN SHOP $800 for a new Sig Sauer P220 Stainless and take it out of the box and scratch off the serial number in the store, in the ride or at home, that is a felony. I fyour Momma did it...its a felony.

I'm not sure about other states but in NY State you need 3 referrals of other licensed permit owners in the county you want to get your permit. How many of us know 3 cats with legal burners? Not many right. You could have been his 1st. I assume you might know 2 other people since you have your permit. Instead of helping your neighbor get his permit legally. All actually believe this story?? Since when does the ATF (Feds) show up within Hours... This was a job for the local police, who would immediately detain ( jail) the offender. Then gather relevant evidence ( find unsolved shootings with the least amount of evidence and pin them on the offender).

I remember I "sold" a truck to my boy. He was supposed to be paying me monthly so I let him keep the plates on it.
6 months later I get a summons and a bill for $850 in unpaid tickets and to have it towed becuase he left it on the highway. I saw the dude every week, even asked him if he was getting any tickets because the tags expired after 2 months.
Dude lied to my face and never mentioned nothing about it.
Lucky for me(and him) I explained to the people and they wiped the tickets but said if I wanted the truck back I would have to pay the tow yard.
I just let them keep the truck.
The point it if it's your name on the papers then it will catch the charges.
