It's an interesting argument the Falcons are employing in order to get a
refund on the bonus they paid to Vick. What the falcons are alleging is
fraud. In other words Vick was already involved in a criminal enterprise
at the time he signed his contract extension. Since Vick knowingly
violated his players contract with the NFL by being involved in criminal
activity, that therefore invalidates any future contract he might sign with
the Falcons or any other NFL team.

Well... if they don't get anything... I'm pretty sure the Falcons will take out some type of court ordered money "judgement" against Vick. Vick was engaging in criminal activities when he signed the new contract.

Translate that to mean.... If any team signs Vick in the future, they gotta pay off the Falcons judgement as a condition to him playing for a new team in the NFL.
