He forgot one more thing not reading,can't read or want to read. And,the sad part; you have way too many adults that don't want to read anything at all.

But it has to simple digestible salacious easy and confirm everything they feel and believe
Or worse watch hours if youtube clips on the books they won't read for themselves
Not realizing that white AI British voice isn't to be trusted.

Like,I've always say it doesn't have to be an autobiography,biography,anything historic, educational and etc. It could something simple as a comic book but many adults don't even want to do that.

volunteering in libraries I can tell you I seen modern adults quit in graphic novels and compendium for being 'too much"
People complain about having no pictures while reading but don't want to read graphic novels...
I mostly read fantasy novels,mangas and manhwas but at least I'm reading something at my age. I do want to start reading autobiographies though.
Salute...I used tell my students and kids JUST READ ANYTHING! no rules
Read what your curiosity about or love first.
All books aren't created equal there a lot if bad books. But I had to teach them long doesn't mean bad or boring.
Pictures doesn't mean it's a kid book.
reading is exercise and it's like working out your eyes and brain and attention span and mental stamina.
I seem 7 year Olds read 20p page books and 10 year Olds devour harry potter
I USED TO be able to read a Mosley novel in a weekend.
All these new diehard Kendrick fans would rather sit on Google for hours watching YouTube and TikTok video breakdowns if his songs
as opposed to actually finding researching and READING THE SOURCE MATERIAL KENDRICK IS (TRYING DESPERATELY) INSPIRING HIS AUDIENCE TO READ.
how are fans championing his intelligence yet showing their continued unwillingness to participate themselves in a very accessible knowledge journey Kendrick is begging them to take?
It's a sad joke.
