xbox fan boys in full force in here
Fonzerelli was damn near passing out yesterday
Yeah all of the good games are coming in 2018.
I'm trying to figure out why should I buy a PS4 Pro and a Xbox One X. What was the point of having consoles coming out not too long ago and now they have upgrade consoles for about the same price?
But I think that was the point. Buy the S. Unless you care about the specs like I do as well. If you were looking for a reason to buy an Xbox, you weren't going to get one by now. We talk about the media capabilities all the time. It does a lot but people just want to overlook it.This I agree with... there really isn't much of a point unless you are a hardware nut.
Sadly I am.... so I'm going to upgrade just to say I've got a more powerful console.
It appears that people really do care about what resolution their games run at, according to a new Nielsen survey that asked people for the five main reason why they had bought a PlayStation 4, Xbox One, or Wii U.
As you can see in the chart below the number one reason was ‘better resolution’ for the PlayStation 4, with ‘faster processing power’ at number four.
The PlayStation 4 has always been presented as the most powerful of the current gen consoles, although until this month’s The Order: 1886 there have been few games that have unequivocally demonstrated that fact.
Most multiformat games look almost identical, except for the resolution. Although it varies from game to game, it’s common for the PlayStation 4 to run at 1080p and the Xbox One at 720p or 900p.
Some games do run at the same resolution on both formats but many people can’t tell the difference just by looking at the screen, unless they have both versions sitting right next to each other – especially the difference between 900p and 1080p.
Nevertheless, the resolution offers a clear and unambiguous indication of the console’s power, especially compared to the vaguer measurements of ‘faster processing power’.

Im so happy I didn't go to E3 this year. Shit was pure weak sauce.
I do agree.. that this E3 has been HORRIBLE!!!...
It's cause everyone is holding out for Gamescom and fucking Sony has their stupid ass Playstation event... which still doesn't make much sense to me, but what ever.
Because gamer's (and the gaming media ) have been complaining about graphics for the past 3 years. "Resolution gate"
You should wait until you see games that are worth it to you. I have a 4k OLED TV already. So i would rather play Shadow of War, Assassin's Creed (*COD,Battlefront2, Destiny2*) in true 4K HDR. Games will look load and run faster on the X. Easy choice for me. That price sucks though. Great thing about the X is that if you decide to upgrade all of your existing games on the S will work on the X. That includes 360 and the original xbox games.
Shit is addicting. I just finished it a few days agoMan I really want to play this Zelda... but I just don't want to be that dude that has 3 systems.
