I did the Master cleanse 15 days ago (stopped on the 10th) and first thins first...THis is not a weight loss program, but a cleansing program.

I feel ...light, like i just lost all kinds of unwanted things from my body, plus i started out at 227lbs. and just weighed my self in at 206....15 days ago!!!!

10 days is minimum in the booklet which i did and i look and feel like i did in High school.

It also makes you think about eating healthier and eating less portions.

Sugar isn't good for you though.

Sugar is great for you. dumb fuck!!! You cant live without it. That's why people who have diabetes (disease when the body stops making sugar) have to get sugar artificially injected into their bloodstream.

Has anyone with severe allergies seen results from drinking lemon juice? Claritin and Zyrtec work a little bit for me but that shit gets expensive when your like me and have to take it everyday, sometimes two a day

I used the Neti Pot, and it was 10x more effective then Flonase and Zyrtec combined

But one day, I accidently dropped it on the floor, shit shattered

So I start using an empty dishwasher soap bottle. it's actually better than using the Neti Pot, cause you can squeeze the bottle which makes it squirt the water with more pressure so it only takes half the time

Check it since 1-08-2009 I would drink one cup of lemon water everyday. I have not gotten sick, not even a simple stuffy nose since. I would always be stopped up during the winter time well not anymore. Thank you lemon water and props to flawless for this thread.

Yes - I'm getting mine in the mail soon. Signed up for one of those FACEBOOK free offer programs from one of the suppliers/distributors, and they're to be mailing them out to people after the 4- to 6-week mark.

I drink plenty of lemon water and eat well, and exercise 5 - 6 days a week.
