Problem solved!

BTW, how much lemon do you use per cup of water? 1 whole lemon, half, quarter?

Inspired by this post I've ben drinking green tea with half a lemon almost every day...It might just be my mind instead of actual results but I feel much more energetic...

Amazing what threads get a lot of replies ...but I'll jump right in also and just affirm that's all I drink as well. Good stuff. Get off the sodas.

best thing about lemon water is how it affects high blood pressure. It lowers your blood pressure by its ability to dilate your veins.

depending on the size of the lemon i might cut a quarter of it off and squueze enuff to get a good amount of lemon flavor in the water

eficial in any beauty care regimen. Lemon and water both have clarifying actions in your body. Both lemon and water help to flush out toxins in your system. Although lemons are thought to be acidic, they are in fact very alkalizing to the body.

Explain. Lemons are full of citric acid. Acidic, not alkaline. If you drink an acidic drink when you have heartburn, it will make it worse. Explain the non-logic please.

lemons are acid but the end products they produce after digestion are alkaline

damn dudes got real feminine in this thread talking about I drink this every day I eat lemons with all my meals I love lemon's. lol

I was going to mention this...
Also....the concentration of lemon juice diluted in water determines the acid erosion levels. If you are eating a meal and drinking lemon water, that is fine because the water makes it not so acidic and the food will help prevent the teeth from absorbing the acid or letting it sit. Drinking straight lemon juice consistently is the harmful practice. Dilute, dilute, dilute! Remember that Lemon juice is still weaker than stomach acid but a component used to produce the enzymes.

When I was younger all I drank was Coca-Cola. Amazingly, the dentists remarked about how strong my teeth were. If you have weak enamel, I would suggest brushing immediately after and try using a toothpaste with added calcium for bio-availability.

Lemons are akaline. Acidic or akaline is determined by what happens to a product once it is consumed by the body. Lemon is a akaline food. Its basic chemistry. Higher levels of calcium sodium and potassium are indicators of akaline products while phosphorous and chlorine are indicators of acidic products. After undergoing the oxidation process of the body, lemons are akaline.

Lemons are a mircale fruit as far as im concerned. They have very useful cleaning and healing properties and asist in balancing and cleansing the blood.

i'ma see what's up wit this.. how many cups of this shit should i drink per day?

Just add it to what you're drinking. Water. iced tea. Doesn't matter. CUPS of it might be a bit much. You don't need that much to get the benefits. One half to a whole lemon a day is good enough.

anyone here done the master cleanse and have a copy of the book? I'd like to try it but want to make sure i'm doing it right.

Thanks

Just to get the Final answer to whether its harmful my teeth I should:

1)Use a straw
2)Limit my lemon intake to 1 or less a day
3)If I have weak tooth enamel gargle with baking soda
4)Eat with a meal to prevent harm to my teeth

Anything I'm leaving out?

i've been drinking Costco Kirkland Green Tea because it has a good amount of matcha powder but i've noticed that the new boxes have little to no matcha powder. bastards.
