Well it's looking like there is a huge investigation going on and if it's shown that Russia did in fact compromise the US election.. Who's to say that the current sitting President won't execute an executive order calling for Martial law where it prevents the president elect and newly elected Sen and Congressmen from taking office on Jan 20th and that the Current Pres can serve as long as he wants up until the next election
that's unconstitutional the SCOTUS would strike it and the military wouldn't support it.
There is a way to set aside the election, but then congress would decide on the next president

How is it unconstitutional when there is clear evidence that a foreign state manipulated, and undermined the US democratic process that the current president elect has confirmed ties too.. That's a matter of national security..

Then Pres O activates the order.. Them Trump and his people are done... Bring Trump up on charges and put the heaviest sanctions of Russia..
