I wonder if Blue Cross/Blue Shield will cover it? Open season closes tomorrow, I'll check. Thanks.

See? That's that $10 at work again.

If you live in NY they cover like 30% which is cool because insurance usually doesn't cover shit on cosmetic surgeries, All in all it's like $2,200 after all said and done.

I'll have to strongly agree with you on this one. Congrats too by the way.

Another one would have to be the $300 that I spent on this surveillance system that someone on the board posted a link to. Just discovered my gutter all fucked up on the side of my house and went to holla at my neighbor about it. He recently had a Uhaul in his driveway moving some crap in/out. He of course denied backing into my gutter. I was able to pull up the footage of him doing so. It quickly turned into,"Get an estimate Dawg". Great investment. Now maybe he'll teach his wife to drive so that she can stay the fuck off my lawn too since they know they're being watched. lol

Priceless!

Interesting how few people on here have said education or training.

Not really especially considering how 70 percent of college graduates do NOT, have a job in the field for which they went to school. If you didnt land a job related to your education, why would you consider it the best money you ever spent? Lets not even talk about how some degrees such as Human Services might cost you $40,000 and you'll struggle to make $30k a year out the gate... So education isn't the best purchase for alot of people man, you of all people should know that.

Best money I ever spent...

Anything I buy my daugther to see smiles on her face everyday is something no product can ever give.

Besides that...
-Computer, seriously this should be top 3 on anybodies list.

-Andis T-Outliner: I still go to the shop for the whole cut but the shapeup mid-week is priceless.

-Gun permit: Getting caught armed with papers in NY is PRICELESS. Cops act like if you are young/black with legal guns you are a damn alien.

-George Foreman Grill-Single Man's must have

-Degree only because of pay rate , but I'm gonna be paying loans for a while....

-Internet: Nuff said.

-Condoms: No explanation needed.

-Abortions: See Above.

Very few people I know that actually train with a kettlebell or know how to properly use it for training. I've been thinking of getting one since I hear the workout is intense and you build crazy strength.

****EDIT****....I'M NOT A SPAMMER I'M JUST A NIGGA WHO'S BEEN WORKING OUT ALL HIS LIFE AND FOUND SOMETHING THAT WORKS. I DO NOT SELL KETTLEBELLS OR MAKE MONEY OFF THEM IN ANY WAY ( "Hi Divine!"). I FELT THE NEED TO SAY THAT UPFRONT ENCASE MY POST COMES ACROSS AS AN INFOMERCIAL..:hmm:.:hmm:

I have two...one 24kg (53 pounds) and one 40kg (88 pounds) but I can't even really use the 40kg yet because I have not built up enough strengh to use it and I'm not a small man by any means...

I got the 24kg one for about 130 dollars and the 40kg for about twice as much.

It seems like alot of money but it.is.worth.every.penny.:hmm:

My workouts are only 10 minutes (15 tops) and I do it once in the morning and once before I go to bed but they are so physically demanding that I can only do it twice a day 4 days a week.

Not only is the fat melting off me but I feel stronger and my endurance I has went through the roof...if you know what I mean!;)

Here' a vid of a cat doing one of the workouts I do... worth every penny.

Make sure you get a gymboss. It's a timer to help you pace your workout www.gymboss.com.

Kettlebell = The Truth when done correctly - great intensity during workouts.

I really took a moment to think about this topic and I've concluded that dollar for dollar, the best money I've ever spent, was Unemployment Insurance.

I usually only pay a couple dollars every two weeks for unemployment insurance out of my check. But when I was unemployed for 14 months, I was paid over 25K in unemployment. The return on investment was ridiculous. With my wife, it was the same thing only better. She got laid off in July 09, but she was going to leave her job anyway to go to school full-time. So not only did she get a nice severance from her job, but she's been able to get unemployment while in school for a year. Funny how that works

My other best purchase is all the Haynes Manuals I got for all my cars. I rarely need to go to the mechanic unless its covered under warranty. I usually go on ebay and purchase parts if something needs to be replaced. People used to trip when I had cross drilled, slotted rotors and ceramic low dust brake pads on my Kia Sorento.

Property Manager - Took a headache ass property to something I dont even know exists besides the deposits and regular minor maintenance. Best money spent...and highly recommend for all property owners. None of that real estate agent that does some property management bullshit. Strictly a shop that does property management.

Nope. Live in Ohio, but $2200? Shit, it has gone down. It was $3500 not too long ago. I'm gonna call them this week.

On the real, not even trying to joke. This right here is some of the best money I've spent since I have been in my house. All of my NE folks feel me. 15 minutes and you can be clear, even doing the sidewalks. It beats having to shower, dress, shovel, get sweaty, have to shower AGAIN and try not to be late for work. I even do my neighbors drive when I have the time.

Cable modem from goodwill for $10. Most of this type are still selling on ebay for $40 to $50. I was wary of it being any good since it was so cheap but it's been running trouble free for over three years, so rental fee wise, it's paid for itself 18 times over. I'm about to buy a DOCSIS 3 modem to get faster speeds, but I'll probably sell it on ebay and pay for half of the upgrade.

How big was it? I am looking at adding one to my "Man Cave" when it is built sometime in the next couple of years in the basement. I want a wall length or at least partial, maybe even a corner. I love piranhas, I had some for 7 years before my brother killed them when I was deployed. They were always fun to watch.
