I'm the type of person who don't go by hearsay especially when it comes to the courts and social media. He maybe just a weirdo, had no real true feelings for Cassie and that's the reason for him watching her get smutted out. BTW, she enjoyed that shit.

Even if he was, being gay is not a crime outside of bgol. That is why I was so disinterested at the whole thing. Only crime I saw was him beating cassie's ass and she wanted and got money for it. Everything else is a smear campaign.

Like many, I thought the case was gonna be about bribery, drugging people, extortion, hidden videos and threats.

But what we got was a dude who liked to get high and watch his woman fuck other men, and he paid them to do it.

So in the end, they overcharged him on bullshit and didn't have the evidence to back it up

So in short even though I think Puff's a piece of shit who's done lots of bad shit. That bad shit didn't make it to trial.

So I think that the whole thing was bullshit.

As far as denying bail, the judge probably thought that Puff would contact people and seek revenge for their testimony.

That's the only thing that I can think of.

It's deserved.

IMO he may not be convicted of charges legally speaking but for me he's been proven to be a piece of shit who has a well documented history of violence and other foul shit.

There was plenty of evidence introduced in that trial demonstrating that he has been doing a lot of criminal shit for years including a history of violence. That Cassie incident wasn't the only time its just the only one recorded.

Don't forget that the defaced guns were found in his room which I'm surprised he wasn't charged with.

All things considered he's fortunate to only be charged with The Mann Act.

He'll be sentenced to a little over five years and will do only about 8 months after sentencing due to his time served and other provisions.

Where are all the Brothers on this board knocking him for having freak offs because I don't see it?
