Diddy has been arrested.

The L's just keep coming for Cassie husband. Not only has she been ran thru, now she's disease infested too? Geez! Herpes doesnt go away with penicillin
:smh:

How the hell can a paid escort really narrow down who gave him a sexually transmitted disease?

Even if Cassie has a sexually transmitted disease at the same time and he was diagnosed the day after that still wouldn't prove anything.

Also, I doubt he has a case because he would have been exposed while being paid for an illegal act.

It would be like a crackhead suing their drug dealer after getting burned from a crack pipe with drugs purchased from that dealer.

Three men accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of rape and sexual assault in separate lawsuits filed Thursday that allege the rap impresario plied them with doctored drinks and then attacked them while they were unconscious.
The lawsuits, filed anonymously in New York state Supreme Court by lawyer Thomas Giuffra, involve incidents alleged to have happened from 2019 to 2022. All allege that Combs raped and sexually assaulted them.

All these folks have the same story. He gave me a spiked drink. Yet NONE of them were scared enough to take their a**es to a hospital in the event they had a bad reaction to the "drug" they were unaware had been given to them. You know who won't go to the hospital? Most of the folks who actually do drugs and are aware of the potential side effects.

Stranger things have happened. I'll never forget the woman who sued McDonalds and won because she spilled coffee in her own lap and burned herself
:dunno:

That actually isn't what happened.

We all thought that was a frivolous lawsuit but a documentary named Hot Coffee came out in which that case was discussed and it wasn't a bullshit lawsuit at all.

But that is what happened......

She got burned by spilling hot coffee on herself while trying to add cream and sugar to her cup.

It sounds ridiculous, because most people know that "hot coffee, is hot."

As for the merits of the case, the coffee was served at a temp between 180-190F which is HOT.

Conversely, Starbucks servesnits coffee at a temperature between 175 - 185F

McDonald's has since relied on sturdier drink containers to avoid future lawsuits.

I will say that McDonald's was foolish initially the lady only wanted $20K to cover her medical bills. In the end she got a little over $600k.

And her daughter said that most of the money went to a full time nurse since her injuries were so bad.

And not ONE call to the police from Cassie

Damn did it burn her pussy off?

And I heard about the case, for some reason I thought that she got millions?

She'll never be able to have orgasm again. DAMN.

WTF.....
Diddy Lawsuit Claims He Used Notorious B.I.G.'s Shirt to Masturbate, Orgasm

This shit is getting out of hand

They should have to pay fees and a fine if they lose.

There should be a law requiring someone to first pursue criminal charges if the statute of limitations has expired.

There are too many sexual assaults that are being alleged and resulting in civil cases being filed even though they're alleged to have occured very recently and therefore able to be investigated and charged if there's evidence.

Funny how both Fat Joe and Kanye have accusations :dunno:

Hell, Jane mentioned Kanye.

I'd be shocked if Kanye isn't facing serious allegations in court in the next 5 years whether criminal or civil.

His current girl is going to take him to the cleaners. Between her sucking his dick in broad daylight in Italy and having her walk around naked looking lifeless hell get no sympathy from a jury.

She'll end up with a judgement that makes what Cassie received look like pennies.
