Frigo is suing Derek Jeter for leaving the company after <a href="http://hiphopdx.com/news/id.35477/title.50-cent-responds-to-youtube-comments-left-on-his-candy-shop-music-video">50 Cent</a> joined, <a href="http://www.tmz.com/2015/11/18/derek-jeter-sued-50-cent-too-black-for-underwear-line-lawsuit-claims/" target="_blank">TMZ</a> reports.</p>
<p>Two years into Jeter's&nbsp;three-year contract as a director of Frigo, the Swedish underwear company was preparing to enter the United States market. Jeter asked for his involvement to be made public. Frigo then named&nbsp;50 Cent as its brand ambassador. The site says that the former New York Yankees shortstop thought the <a href="http://hiphopdx.com/news/id.34498/title.the-game-says-g-unit-still-finances-his-expenses">G-Unit</a> rapper was making the company too "urban." Jeter then left the company.</p>
<p>Frigo is seeking $4.7 million from Jeter for the value it lost when he departed.</p>
<p>50 Cent responded to the report on Instagram today (November 18).</p>
<p>"Wow, guess I'm not a Yankees fan anymore," the New York emcee writes for the caption of a picture of Jeter in his Yankees uniform. "LETS GO METS? Man you can't trust nobody these day.smh #EFFENVODKA #FRIGO #SMSAUDIO."
