Yeah them muthafuckas be trippin wit them prices. See if you can find someone reputable who will do it with you paying for the cost of building materials. That way you can see how much that shit should cost and exactly how much they charging for labor. Them muthafuckas charging you for the estimated property value growth and thats not cool. My boy schooled me on how these contracts do it.
