Montreal > Toronto
And far from best city in the World. One of the best in America, yes. World? Hell no.
Most of the Indian women there that be out and about are from the caribbean. Unless you talk to them you'd never know. You get more Indians from India when you go west to Vancouver

My favourite thing about this issue, is when you talked to a white person from Quebec, they will say that they’re the least racist province in Canada
I've been to Toronto a couple of times. Great city, gorgeous women...and not just at Caribana. Fantastic in the summer, but too damn cold in the winter.
White people on the whole seem less racist there, but then again, I'm never gonna slip and let my guard down.
In Montreal, people are a bit standoffish, especially if you don't speak French. At least in Paris, I've seen that people will work with you if you at least make an effort to speak French, as there are many Parisians who speak some English.

I visit La belle province a few times a year. Québécois folks are some different people man, arrogant as fuck and as racist as any other cac.
While Toronto is cosmopolitan as fuck, it suffers from the same plights as its American counterparts (Chicago, NYC, LA)

Toronto is a BEAUTIFUL city and hope everyone is safe ESPECIALLY those kids.

Before NYC was popping with the smoke, it was great to go to Toronto to puff away. I went to a couple of dispensaries and loved being able to blaze that rough shit freely in public.
I noticed these signs below all over Montreal vs Toronto. Actually I don't remember seeing one "no weed" signs in Toronto at all. I was still smoking heavy walking around Montreal too. I will be honest, the bitches in Toronto looked frumpier overall than the ones in Montreal. Maybe it was a Midwest vs East Coast Canada thing.
