Everyone is welcome, but again, this is mainly for my business minded fam. But I am hoping that we can begin to change the mindset of a few naysayers as well. I've been checking out different business opportunities online, just checking out things we can do. I've found several, but I'm never one to sit on things and just keep them to myself if something can be of help to anyone else. And before any skeptics jump in, what I'm about to talk about will not put one cent into my pocket. I'm just in the process of trying to come up, and I wanna see others do the same.
I recently found out that Warren Buffet started his growth toward the 72 billion dollar empire that would make him the second richest man in America with a single pinball machine. He bought one and placed it in a barbershop. He never spent any of the profits. He continued working and let that money grow. When he had enough (about a month later) he bought a second and placed it in another barbershop. He continued that same flip over and over; never spending any of the profits, just letting it stack until he could venture into other things. That's really something to seriously think about.
Now I want you guys to think about the "penny a day doubled for 30 days vs. 1 million dollars for a month" riddle. That's basically the same principle Buffet used, and when you look at it that way, it's pretty easy to see why he amassed so much wealth. I've been watching this channel called GoldenGato on YouTube. The guy has all sorts of work-at-home business opportunities and hustles. All of em appear to be pretty easy and doable. It's just a matter of choice. But the one I found tonight, I just had to come and share, because I've really been kinda sick thinking about how well we could all be doing had we jumped on the Bitcoin bandwagon in 2010. $100 into 2 million in 7 years... F*CK!!! Then I think about the fact that the only BGOL member I know of that really made any major moves was Chamillionaire. And he's jumped from the rap game to the tech game. I also get sick thinking about the lottery game I created that was stolen by the Louisiana Lotto Corp, and I just get mad all the time now. I had been dealing with it pretty well, until my Dad passed in December.
Anyway, the name of this vid is 'How to make $100 a day by Creating Apps'. At about the 4 minute mark he said something that clicked with me. He shows this site called Flippa, and they have apps and stuff already made that you can purchase from the owners. Some are auctioned off, but others you can buy for really low prices. He said how you can buy an app and it make $5 per day, which isn't much, but at the end of a month it's $150. I thought to myself that isn't too bad, I could use it to pay a bill and that'll help out. But then he said, you could use that money to buy a second app, and then you'd be making $10 per day (or $300 per month). Then it hit me, the Warren Buffet strategy.
Do you see where I'm going with this guys? Again, this makes me not one penny, I'm just sharing. And that might seem strange enough, but I swear that's just the type of person I am. I plan on doing this myself anyway. I just can't afford to go there at this second. At the same time, I'm not gonna hold onto the info because I can't immediately do it. Also, any of you may stumble upon a way to make it work better or faster, and I'm praying share your intel with the fam. If you think about starting with one app (like that first pinball machine) and letting the money stack, then using that to get a second, and a third, and so forth. This is how you make that penny a day riddle come true. And all it would ever cost you outta pocket is that initial purchase of the first app.
Keep working your 9-5, and live as if that doesn't exist. Considering the double up, earning $ per day, after 12 months it should look like this:
Buy 1 app = $150 per month (Month 1)
Buy 1 app = 2 apps = $300
Buy 2 apps = 4 apps = $600 (Month 3)
Buy 4 apps = 8 apps = $1,200
Buy 8 apps = 16 apps = $2,400
Buy 16 apps = 32 apps = $4,800 (Month 6)
Buy 32 apps = 64 apps = 9,600 (Month 7 you will have moved into the 6 figure per year tax bracket)
Buy 64 apps = 128 apps = $19,200
Buy 128 apps = 256 apps = $38,400 (Month 9)
Buy 256 apps = 512 apps = $78,150
Buy 512 apps = 1,024 apps = $153,600 (Month 11 - you will have earned $308,400 for the year)
Buy 1,024 apps = 2,048 apps = $307,200 (Month 12)
This is considering your apps all make at least $5 per day, which as the guy describes in the vid is a very low amount. Some will make more, but let's use $5 to make it understandable. I etched it out that way because sometimes seeing it written out helps (me at least). Those figures are monthly summations. I'm thinking that by month 6 you should be able to quit your 9-5, although I wouldn't do that until month 14, at which point you will have earned your first mill and then some; and own at that point will be earning you $3,686,400 per year. You wouldn't even have to keep buying apps at that point, and will hopefully have begun buying and selling real estate, or a franchise, or both.
If any of you are in a position to do it twice over from jump I would. Matter of fact, I would do that in month 2. Month 1 should be the test to know if it's really gonna pan out. But when I'm ready to do it, I plan on getting my wife to do it too. Then we will get our three sons to do the same thing at the same time. For one that will give them their own money rather them coming with their hands out, LOL. Remember, this isn't something you have to do, I'm just sharing what I think is an opportunity. Please refrain from any hate and niggativity. Also, look around the GoldenGato's page at the other opportunities. He has several with writing jobs that I know I'll look into. He has one I haven't watched yet that says you can make $5 per day from a music app. There's just a lot we can be doing that will enable and more importantly empower us to be in much better positions. And he doesn't even charge for his advice as far as I've seen. But he has a gang of views, so I imagine he's getting a decent check from YouTube.
Even if you only use his (or anyone else's) tips as a way to earn supplemental income, it'll free up other money so you can do so much more. I also suggest anyone who isn't up on Dr. Boyce Watkins to watch his channel. He gives out a wealth of info, and just makes you think. The video he shared today was about how we waste money on luxuries which keeps us poor. On average we spend 60% of our income on bills and necessities, and 40% on bullshit. Anyway, browse around, the opportunities are there. The channel I suggested is far from the only one giving out info.
Whatever you do fam... find your pinball machine.
