Now they're saying the 16 year old stabbed a girl...
Just saw it on the news. The teen was about to stab another woman with a knife. This looks like one of those cases where we see teenage girls get out of hand.
After looking at the body cam footage it did look like she had a knife and was about to stab the girl in the pink.
I could be wrong though.
