I'm sorry but those are the facts.. Some people have opinions but when they are pressed on them they cannot answer them with facts they usually try to change the subject, or repeat the same things over and over again..
Intelligent people on the other hand tend to refer to facts to back their opinions and have very little problems answering simple questions..
Here is an example on how it usually plays out..
Question, what would you do if you were Mayor of New York..
Answer: I would raise the tax on the rich, help out the hood, get rid of all the cops and open up programs for the youth..
Next question: What if big businesses start to move out of New York due to the high taxes?
Answer: Fuck their asses nobody wants them any way..
Next question: where will you raise your revenue to support your programs..
Answer: man why you asking these stupid questions B why you being so difficult? That's my opinion..
Now that's the ignorant approach...
Now let do it from an intelligent with an person..
Question what would you do if you Mayor of NY
Answer: I would try to stimulate the economy by introducing legislation that would encourage lower tax shelters on landlords that offer rent control apartments, while also creating industrial zones in a similar manner..
None complying homes will be taxed higher wheres-by the money would be used to create more affordable homes and programs for the youth..
That's the more intelligent approach..
