Not able to help but it does bring back memories of being able to find any software you needed for free here.
I had so much software I had to get an external to store it all

Do you need an activated version? I’ve been using the same program for years, and I’ve never needed to pay or buy any activation code.
are you using copytrans, or copytrans manager
the copytrans manager app is free, but i don’t believe you can transfer music from an apple device to a pc with it

This might help. If this is music you bought through iTunes it might have that drm protection. But if you uploaded it you should be able to copy the location and move even without program
