I hear ya I'm with ya until he says Cam grabs him up
If a man grab you up he in the wrong and what someone does after ain't on them
Nah I'm not faulting Cam for what he did... they ran up on him and got handled... he did what he had to do.
Only thing I fault Cam for is the shit talking off the rip. I appreciate what Cam is doing with these camps but he has to carry himself as the face of the camp and not just some nigga participating in the camp. When you stoop to their level you get treated as such... remember, you grin you in.
This shit is no different than your job. If a subordinate disrespect you check that shit quick, in front of everyone that witnessed it, and with ruthless aggression. They need to know although you are approachable you are to be respected and not to be played with.
Them kids talking reckless to him, I wouldn't participate in that shit. I'd tell them once be quiet and pay attention or leave the camp... and when they keep talking I'd have had security escort them off the property and wait with them until their parent comes to pick them up.
No way in hell I'm putting up with some lil fuck trophy asking me about wishing another football player happy Father's day. He'd have been dismissed so quick his head would spin... i need any swag whatsoever you received upon arrival to this camp returned and I need you to go sit outside of the facility to wait for your ride to get here.
you do that to one person and that shit dumb shit is out the window.
I had a dude at my job, buddy dropped a few cases (maybe 10-12 from a pallet of 81 cases), none broke, but he didn't report it. He signed a rules waiver stating that he read and understood company policy. Rule number 3 on that waiver he signed was that he was to report any accidents involving company property or the customer's product immediately, no matter how big or small. Failure to do so is grounds for termination.
I wasted zero time firing him.
The very next day, a guy dropped 1 case from his pallet and he called it in to everyone. My point was made. I'm cool with everybody, can joke with you all day. But there are lines that will not be crossed and if you do I will handle your transgressions accordingly. This is how I move at work, when I'm out with my family, and my kids are the exact same way. We do not tolerate disrespect.
