Her BMI is probably around 27 or 28, so, technically, she probably is considered to be overweight.

Not saying I personally think she's overweight, but by the scale, a BMI over 25 is overweight and over 30 is obese. I'd have to know her actual height and weight to be sure.
BMI doesn't measure body fat percentage. A lot of athletes have "overweight" BMIs due to having a lot of muscle.
