Man, very rarely have I been 1 to call for people head regarding sports teams, but them dudes need to go. That trade made ZERO sense, there's no real plan, no commitment to anything. From the top, down to Fred. It's time to clean house. They lucked into a competitive in the mid-late 2000s, Rose fell in their lap and for a few years competed. But looking back on it I've seen nothing that suggests they know how to build a team. Errrbody got to go. Between the Bears, Bulls, and Sox I can't remember being this apathetic about sports.

Their end game seems to be to keep their jobs by barely making the playoffs when a rebuild may be necessary in part because they haven't drafted well or properly evaluated players.
You want to get athletic but draft Denzel Valentine. You trade 2 1rst round picks for McDermott and have to take the salary of Anthony Randolph in order to do it. But you don't want Randolph's salary on the books so you have to trade 2 2nd round picks to get rid of him. All for McDermott who Thibs didn't like. And seemingly to replace Kyle Korver who you traded for nothing.
Fire both of them at this point. Foreman damn sure doesn't have a clue from these shitty trades to his bad draft picks to running Ron Adams off on some powerplay shit to show Thibs who's boss.

Jerry is too fucking loyal to his people and deathly terrified of losing fan support. He doesn't seem to understand that most fans of the Bulls and Sox ain't going anywhere and would rather sit through a planned rebuild than mediocrity. The Sox say they're ready to do it with a plan, but fuck man it took the goddamn Cubs finally getting one to get them in gear. I don't think for a second they could've overtaken the Cubs in terms of popularity, but had they won another World series or 2 and been competitive maybe just maybe he'd have more goodwill.

The reason the Bulls were scoring more than 100 ppg over the last few games was because Nikola had been playing great. So seeing us score over 100 after Nikola got benched and Wade playing like shit was shocking. Bobby balled his ass off tonight! Butler as well. The boxscore wont show it, but a lot of our young bucks gave us a spark off the bench. You can see the tempo change when the older dudes sit down.
