My girl folks live in Baton Rouge and says a Walmart that is nearby the shooting is still on lock down basically a shelter in place, no one is allowed to leave.

youll never hear about that. and the people who would probably tell the truth about what really happened prior to guns being fired usually get killed before they get a chance to defend their position.
Ive asked this question before.....but when does a Cop become a predator? When the Cop steps out of his "professional realm", and becomes a threat, putting your life in immediate danger, what are you allowed to do? Protect your life, or just surrender and die?
Laws put us in a lose lose situation a lot of times.
